Steve was very personable, helpful and knew his products inside out. The whole process of ordering went without a hitch and all doors arrived when they said they would. I can highly recommend them.

Fantastic customer service and great products. Quick delivery

We contacted Steve at "Doors to you" based on the trust pilot review and placed a order for 3 doors.
We found that our messages or phone calls were answered almost immediately.
Just before the doors we going to be dispatched my better half changed her mind and picked 3 other doors.
Steve changed the order strait away and was a pleasure to deal with. These new doors were slightly cheaper and Steve refunded the difference without even asking.
The doors arrived and are perfect.
Some companies and people are the best at what they do for a reason. This is one such company and I would not hesitate to use them again.. in fact they are the only company I would go to.

After shopping around and reading reviews, I stumbled across this gem.
I had previous spoken to competitors, who didn’t know their stock or compatibility of doors and door hardware.

Steve was patient with me, took his time to run over options, what i would have to consider if I went with certain options etc.

The price was the fairest and the lead time was the quickest.

Bought two doors at a great price. Due to supplier issues there is a delay with delivery. Doorstoyou didn’t hesitate to call me and advise. Their customer service is great, and they also helped me with some technical advice around locks and security.

One of the best customer experiences ever!! Having been let down by ‘Leader Doors’ who confirmed an order & delivery date, took my payment (& kept it for 2 weeks!), only to tell me the day before delivery that they couldn’t find it in the warehouse… thankfully Steve and Doors To You restored my faith in customer service. Steve went above and beyond, calling me after my order went through to ensure I had ordered the correct handles & hinges and even went to the trouble of creating an image and emailing it to me to demonstrate my options before I confirmed back to him.
