Because I'd never dealt with them before, I called and spoke to Bob and had a chat about the door before purchasing. He was very helpful.
Had the door delivered and the guy who delivered it was also very helpful.

Can’t fault them
Found a great door at the right size for a great price. Not too difficult to fit if you follow their guide and have the willingness to give it a go. They are super helpful. I had a small issue with missing keep plates but they resolved that quickly and got them in the post to me. I am really pleased with the door. Super quality and now we have no draughts. What is not to like.
