Confusing advert
Tha advert showed photos of a 35mm dia handle but the description stated a different size . I sent a request to them that I wanted the 35mm not the larger one to match ones I already had. That was ignored as I received the larger ones. I have moved my old handle as round the bedroom so the large handles are on the robes and the smaller on the drawers , not what I wanted but there are more things to worry about in this world than the size of handles .

Really poor product
Really poor product -
We bought latches and hardware for five doors. Two latches broke off within months. The first got stuck in the door jamming it shut. We had to get an emergency locksmith to unjam it. The second fell out and luckily didn't jam the door. We are in the process of getting a lock smith to assess all the door and replace the faulty hardware.

Reliable Quality
My handles were out of stock so set an alert, a great addition. A few days later I get my message, order my handles and two days later they arrive in time to get fitted by close, great service once again.
