Avoid this company at all costs, I wish I had checked the independent reviews before ordering from them!!
They have taken payment for my orders and I have had to chase them all week as they never respond to emails and very rarely answer the phone, I finally received my order but half of it is on back order but no one bothered to inform me and I can not finish the job for my clients who are not very understanding.
Pay a little more and shop with a reptible company

Steer well clear, they take your money immediately, then take ages to post anything, what they send is wrong, if they answer the phone it is an incoherent mumble, usually though they do not answer the phone or e-mails. No refund given appalling

I ordered 400 pounds worth of goods from this Company and paid 50 pounds for shipping to New Zealand. At the time I thought this seemed a low price for the shipping but I was assured that they sent goods to Australia and NZ all the time and could get competitive rates. It is now clear to me that they had no intention of shipping the goods. I have phoned them on many occasions, have sent numerous emails and have asked to cancel my order as the goods were needed urgently. I have been fobbed off or not responded to each time and it seems I am not alone in not receiving the goods I have paid for. I am now going to prosecute this Company in the Small Claims Court.

I ordered about £80 worth of products, after 2 weeks when i chased for non delivery I was told it would be with me on Friday ,, waited .. waited ,, waited until 3pm then called them and was promised a call back after checking, I knew he wouldn't as was promised call backs previously. I hate being messed around and lied to so I cancelled and called my credit card company who instigated a charge back. I reordered my goods from morehandles.co.uk and had them the next day. Morale of the story, before ordering from a company you don't know, check their reviews and always, always pay by credit card.
