Terrible customer service
I ordered a door foto and gave instructions for a custom size. It was received but the wrong size.I called and Eusebius customer service to no avail. Then I left a review and they reached out immediately. They said they left me numerous emails but they had not. They told me to check my spam file which I had. As I was talking to customer service I received my first and only email from them stating that they had sent me numerous emails. I don’t get it they’re emails but I get their emails are always telling me to send them a review. At this point I’m disgusted because they said they would send me a new Doorfoto on Monday. They said it would be made that weekend. It is now Saturday and I don’t have it. The first store photo I purchased came with this custom size without a problem. The people in the assisted living home where it is we’re crazy about it. They absolutely loved it. I told everyone where I got it when asked. My daughter is a nursing home administrator and I was going to purchase them for her to put on her door. To my dismay, I gave this company more business by highly recommending them! I wanted to get another one for my sister but it looks like I will settle for a wreath or some thing else I can find by another company.

Let us respond in our defense. The customer ordered a standard size product and DID NOT leave any instructions for customization, so we shipped her what she ordered. She called/emailed (see below) to complain that it was not customized and we sent her (4) emails over (3) days, none of which she responded to. We also emailed her a copy of her order WHERE THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOMIZATION. The emails are below. She then leaves this same bad review on our website, so we text her and she responds and we tell her to ship back the other product and in the meantime we would make her a new "customized" one and ship it out on Monday, which we did on 3/21. We have no control over USPS shipping. If you need something 2-day or next day air then PAY THE EXTRA money for shipping, but don't leave people bad reviews because of USPS. Go to the USPS site and complain there. Below are the emails and if I could post screen shots I would, but Trustpilot does not let us attach images. We went out of our way to try and make this right for this customer even though she ordered the wrong item to begin with. We were going above and beyond to fix her ordering mistake.

Did not realize it at the time but this product showed 49.99, then when I checked out it turned to 59.00. I've already commented on this with this last item I was going to buy and you still haven't answered me. Didn't like the way the crossed looked on the last item I purchased.

We offer (3) different sizes with (3) different prices. When you change sizes the price changes. Our interior 30/32x80 DoorFotos sell for $49.99. Our 36x80 size sells for $59.99 and our 36x96 sells for $69.99. By changing your size, you changed the price.

Loved my experience with this company. Bought 4 door covers for an inside garage door that is scratched and needs replacement. Now it’s covered year round and beautiful. Also bought Halloween door covers for my front doors. I have 2 side by side doors (old style for easy moving) and needed one scene split down the middle into 2 covers. Josh helped make it all happen. He’s terrific. So happy with everything. Great company and products.
