I’ve had a really good experience with Doolittle & Dalley. Phoebe has been great to deal with from the start. Super efficient, and always easy to reach whenever I’ve had questions. Made what can usually be a stressful process completely hassle-free.

Rossana listened carefully to exactly what I wanted in a home and helped me find the perfect house much quicker than I ever expected. I just wanted to say that I met a lovely young lady called Phoebe who showed me around a nice property I was looking at renting recently She was good to talk to and made the experience joyful I have been dealing with quite a few different letting agents in the recent months And I'm sad to say that some don't make you feel good about what you are doing or going through at all Some have been quite abrupt It's very disheartening to deal with when you are already dealing with a very emotional time However this agency and the lovely phoebe didn't do that They treated me like a person And for that I am very grateful So thank you it is appreciated J

Everyone I spoke to at Doolittle & Dalley was friendly and helpful. Booking appointments was easy and straightforward. Great communication - confirmations, emails, calls all done when they said they would be. The viewing didn't feel rushed, Rosie was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to show the whole property. Great Team, Great service.

Ive now met with 4 people from the company, in the context of helping me to find a rental property. Today Holly met with me in Kidderminster. She travelled from the Bromsgrove office. My appt time to view was 11am. Holly arrived at 10.45 much to my delight as I was early. Once again D&D came up trumps with Holly. She was friendly, warm and inviting and very attentive and reassuring, as she was aware I was looking for my first rental. Holly was very professional, again with really good rental knowledge. She allowed me to complete the application form in the property and answered my questions very well. Holly is another employee, who is a credit to D&D!
