I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Doola!
The entire process of setting up my LLC went very smoothly and clearly. Doola truly takes care of everything: they first request all the necessary documents and information, and then handle everything for you. No stress, no hassle.

A special mention for my agent, Chinedu: he is absolutely amazing!
Always reachable, responding quickly and clearly to all my (and there were quite a few 😄) questions. Even when I didn't respond for a while, he proactively sent an email to check if everything was going well and if I needed any further assistance.
Service like this is rare to find!

Just avoid them if you want anything done

Similar experience to everyone else with 1 star reviews. Just avoid them.

They didn’t file my tax returns even though I paid for the full accounting service.

They don’t respond to much when you email them, just a generic “we are looking into your request” and then complete silence.

They have missed deadlines, failed to respond, don’t provide much in the way of service and it’s radio silence most of the time.

Excellent customer service from Annie Kapoor

I’ve been using doola for about two months now setting up a new business. everyone here is extremely helpful and if they don’t have your answer, they’ll find someone that does.

Avoid at all costs - 0 customer service and overpriced.

We formed a company through Doola which took more than 4 months. Their optional tax services cost additional thousands of dollars each year, and you need to pay for further consultations with their 'accountants' each time.

After providing them the required information they did not actually file our return leaving us to owe the IRS thousands in overdue documents.

IRS Deadline Missing?


It’s the IRS deadline today and I’ve received no confirmation or proof that Doola filed the extension for Form 5472 or the annual tax return. Despite follow-ups, there’s been no clear response. This isn’t just an inconvenience — it exposes me to serious penalties. I expected a compliance partner, not silence at the most critical moment. Extremely disappointed.

UPDATE: The Form 7004 (Automatica 6-month extension) was shared few hours before the deadline and just upon multiple requests.

To clarify, the extension (Form 7004) was filed and a copy was shared on April 15th. This extension applies to both Form 1120 and Form 5472.

I have been with Doola for a year and coming from a non-US country and setting up a US based business, they made the process very simple. Their communication is efficient and made the complicated journey a breeze. Poor customer support

Poor customer support. The contact support form on the site is broken, they do not respond to emails. I had to reach out to sales to get my issue resolved. I've used other companies for this in the past and there are much better options out there.

Free trial expires

I tried to cancel the free trial before I was charged the annual fee. I was unsuccessful and was charged anyway.

I promptly contacted doola expecting a long protracted request for my refund.

But, to my surprise doola promptly refunded the annual fee. I was so relieved.

I highly recommend doola as a business partner.
