Doodie Stark - Horsham Reviews 14

I bought two belts from the Horsham store on Saturday to take home and try both with an outfit so see which if either looked right. They were very friendly and helpful and my instore experience was good. However as neither belt were the right match I visited the Horsham store again this morning to get a refund to be told they only give store credit and pointed to a very small sign out of eyeline by the till. I am not aware of stores still doing this any more and was really taken aback as if I had realised this before purchasing I would not have done so. I think customers should be informed of this at the point of payment. I am very disappointed with this customer service and I now have a voucher that I do not want. I would have preferred a refund. I will not be purchasing anything in the future from this company apart from having to spend my voucher.

This is a great company. Doodie Stark was the only company who could provide the correct size of coat that I required . The coat was delivered within three days. It was perfectly packaged with a lovely personalised message from Katie.

I go to Doodie Stark every time I go up to see my son who lives in Horsham. I love the shop and always manage to find something different. The staff are always so friendly and it makes shopping a pleasure.
I also order items online. The deliveries are quick and orders come beautifully wrapped.

Had a problem with Royal Mail delivery and informed the shop
They were immediately invested in sorting the problem , getting back to me in few hours and organised for re delivery

I bought jeans on line which arrived very quickly. They had to be returned as they were too big and the assistant I spoke to in Horsham couldn’t have been more helpful. The new jeans arrived almost the next day. Thank you.
