On October 2, we prepared your package, and DHL Express collected it later that afternoon.
Regrettably, after collecting your package, DHL Express made a mistake (the exact nature of the issue remains unknown to us at this time). I expect to receive communication from DHL tomorrow, explaining the situation.
It seems that due to this DHL Express mishap, your package ended up in the possession of an unintended recipient. We have contacted this individual and requested photographic evidence, including pictures of the invoice and the received products, which we provided about an hour ago.
Additionally, once DHL provides more information tomorrow, I will ensure that they reach out to you directly to confirm that we dispatched your package.
I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. However, it's important to understand that once a package departs our warehouse, we lose control over its journey, and the issue lies with DHL Express.

Fits exactly how I want.
The price with the sale was perfect, the t-shirt is also perfect, looks nice and fits exactly how I want.
But the delivery was very bad with DHL.
I got a time indication, but it was 5 hours later as expected.
