unacceptable product. very very poor quality. don't waste your money. zero star.

Shocking website and company! Ordered a coat which was advertised on Facebook, took 3 months to come and when finally arrived and harassing them over email (only way of contact), the coat was completely awful and looked nothing like the one i ordered! can't return as you have to send all the way back to China and pay for your own shipping, this is the biggest scam of all time!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! I recently just bought 6 items from the online store yesterday. I checked the order tracking info yesterday and it was fine. Today, I checked the tracking info but it was “canceled” for some reason. I used my dad’s credit card but he didn’t even do anything. THEY ARE JUST HERE TO SCAM PEOPLE!! People who review them five stars are just fake accounts. I don’t even know why snapchat sponsored them. I like the clothing features but they are absolute SCAM! I am going to report this to International Trading and let them know. I WANT MY 200 DOLLAR REFUND!!

worst company to deal with.I ordered a pair of shoes and its been a month and still not arrived.Constant email for contact is of no use as you will get the automated email back to track.They are a bunch of scammers so please dont buy from them.

I can only agree with every other genuine person on here who isn't in some way affiliated with this quite clear scam. I am fortunate as I received what I paid for, but it took weeks and weeks of constant emails and facebook inboxes to this place, and the jumper isn't worth £38.99. I ordered and paid for it October 28th, and it arrived yesterday. If you email for an update, you are sent a link that can only track the item until it leaves China, in my case this was on November 4th, so not sure how it took 2 months. Ive been lucky, but will never use them again, and im going to report them to trading standards as this sort of company should not be trading in the UK.

This company is a complete sham. They sent me a jacket I ordered and it arrived very different from what was advertised. They stopped communicating with me when I sought to return the jacket and to obtain a refund. Do not do business with this company. Do not buy anything from donomano.com.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service i have received from this company. I ordered my boyfriend a coat for Christmas as early as 24th November to give it time to arrive. After 25 days and still no coat i began to enquire and received nothing but automated emails back. I tried to track the parcel and there was nothing to be found. It is now 40 days since the order and i have emailed requesting a refund more than once. I have received no responses and no refunds, whilst my boyfriend is still without his xmas present. I would recommend NOBODY to buy from this fraudster company.

I purchased an item, which was confirmed on October 22, 2017. I cannot get a person to call me about the non-delivery and keep receiving the same email from them. I'm not going to stop until I either receive a REFUND or the JACKET....

I placed and order 87 days ago.

I havent receive my coats and when I write to Dono Mano I only receive automatic replys.

Just 2 times they have really answered and on one on them they told that it should arrive in a week and if it doesnt I should contact my local post office....

Worst service I have received ever.

Took 2 months to arrive. Wrong item of clothing when it did arrive anyway. Absolute shambles of a company, no contact from their email address either.

Same experience as many others. A first mail in which they claim your order is shipped and then.....NOTHING !!!. It's been a month now

People you will never get what you order. All the good reviews are from employees of the company. I ordered clothing from Dono Mano and only get emails that the clothing has shipped. I know I am out my money but I am one of the fortunate ones that can afford the loss. Some people can't and I hate that. Please please please do not get had!!!!!

I ordered a jacket October 25th and still have not received my order.

I placed an order 1 month ago and the product has still not arrived. After a week of pestering for my order not to be delivered due to it being a Christmas present, I have finally been told that I am not to receive a refund.

This is an absolute joke. I urge anyone Not to use this company. Absolutely disgusting customer service and even worse delivery times. I hope your company dissolves immediately and that whoever is running it losing every penny they've stolen from people.

Dono Mano is a fake plataform. They use the links from Aliexpress, GearBest or Ebay for buy cheap items to highs price, very highs, they are taken most of 70% of the real price.If you all need a prove you can enter to aliexpress and see from yourself. :)

I ordered a jacket November 1st and still have not received my order. No ph # to contact them. All by email. Calling my bank tomorrow to try and get my $ back!
