Well after many emails to Donner Music they finally got back to me and sent me a replacement guitar and it's good and couldn't be happier.

I ordered a ukulele for my daughters birthday. It took a long time to arrive (it was then I realised despite have a .com.au address they were not based in Australia).
Ukulele had a black scuff mark on it from the zipper of its case that I could not remove and one of the tunning pegs would not turn the string.
I contacted customer service and they replied promptly. They offered me a $15 refund so I could get it repaired locally. I told them that no where would repair it for that little. They took a couple of days, and another email from me, but finally replied and offered to send a replacement.
The replacement did not arrive in time for my child's birthday. When it did arrive, it had the same black scuff from the zipper- they had obviously done nothing to change up how they packaged them before sending.
I complained and they gave me a $15 refund. I gave the ukulele to my daughter for Christmas. 7 days of playing it and one of the tunning pegs has come loose and will no longer tighten the string.
Do not recommend using them if you are after a higher quality instrument.

First up, be aware that Donner has no currently registered Australian ABN. Their website domain is registered to an ABN that was cancelled in 2020. Big warning sign. The Australian address they list on their website is a shared warehouse. Its not their address at all. Another big warning. They are dropshippers but do not state that anywhere. They have no business registered in Australia at all. If you encounter any issues you will have a very hard time dealing with their robotic support emails.

I ordered a guitar from Donner and was advised that it had shipped on 7th Feb. Shipping was really slow, so don't expect a quick arrival, especially if you live on the west coast.

The guitar itself is ok for the money. I would probably not buy it again if I had the choice. Poorly finished frets and lumps and bumps around where the frets meet the rosewood just make me realise it is a cheaply made guitar.

You do get what you pay for. It plays ok, stays relatively in tune and the coil split is cool. Pickup output is low, and the overall feel is a bit cheap, but it's a cheap guitar after all.
