We bought sofa on discount (from 8.000 eur to 4.000 eur). The delivery was ok, even before than we expected. But sofa makes such loud noise when you sit, get up, lay down…you can hear the noise even from floor down stairs. I really wouldn’t recommend anyone buying sofa there. I wrote them email, send a video also but they said it’s’normal’. Can’t even imagine buying this sofa at regular price (8.000 eur) and get what we have. The only good thing is the guy who works at their store in Trieste, Luca…very nice, professional.

Ordered chair in February. Delivered May 7th. Paid €400.00 additional for favorite printed fabric. Chair arrived with (1) printed fabric upside down, (2) straight stitching went up over an inch from right to left sides, (3) the foot rest mechanics stopped halfway on first attempt to raise (after following manufacture instructions). Foot rest would not go up or down. After company review, the chair was to be replaced, and returned on May 29th. 3 months later, they contacted us as they refused to use the fabric we paid €400.00 extra for (never refunded) and had to pick a solid color. It is now November and still no chair. Upon inquiring today, was given a lame generic response that it is still being made and will contact once in warehouse. Stay away. Very angry customer.

I bought a sofa in december. it went into production in february (after you pick the color). we scheduled delivery around 23-27 April in our house in Italy. I wrote many emails but they don't deliver the sofa. The sofa's are great but they definitely do not keep their promises about delivery. Bad Service.

I recently purchased a sofa in Brindisi, and although I haven’t received it yet, I’m so impressed with the shopping experience that I felt compelled to leave a review. From the start, Nicola at your Brindisi store was incredibly helpful and attentive. Despite a bit of a language barrier, he went above and beyond to ensure that I understood everything clearly and that my questions were answered promptly.
It’s rare to find such great customer service, and I really appreciate how patient and accommodating Nicola was. I’m looking forward to receiving the sofa, but the buying experience alone has already left a lasting positive impression!

We bought a sofa for around 2800€ in november for a delivery the 10th february, after 1 month past the estimated delivery, no news about this sofa. We called the shop many times, they can not help, they gave us a number where the girl who answered us said that the number was not for clients. It's a total shame, at the end we bought in a physical shop to avoid problems buying on Internet, but it turns to be WORSE. They are all putting the blame on someone else, it's a shame. They did not even call us ONCE to say sorry about the delay. Stay away from this brand, if there is a problem you will be alone. And now that I'm looking on internet about them, it looks like it happens to many clients.

Today, Wednesday 26/02/2025, I received my couch delivery in Lugano, Switzerland, purchased from the Dondi Salotti branch in Via Pasquale Paoli, 118, 22100 Como CO, Italy.
The two young men called me 15 mins. beforehand, as previously agreed, arrived on time, and were very professional, kind and helpful. They were able to quickly and efficiently carry the couch up 4 floors, then mount it perfectly, provided me with all relevant documentation, going through them carefully and precisely, and leave in a very short time. Truly perfect!
I will absolutely be using their services again, but only if these two delivery personnel will come for the delivery and mounting as well!

Oggi, mercoledì 26/02/2025, ho ricevuto la consegna del mio divano a Lugano, Svizzera, acquistato presso il negozio Dondi Salotti in Via Pasquale Paoli, 118, 22100 Como CO, Italia.
I due giovani uomini mi hanno chiamato 15 minuti prima, come concordato, sono arrivati puntuali e sono stati molto professionali, gentili e disponibili. Sono stati in grado di portare rapidamente ed efficientemente il divano su per 4 piani, poi lo hanno montato perfettamente, fornendomi tutta la documentazione necessaria, esaminandola attentamente e precisamente, e sono andati via in breve tempo. Davvero tutto perfetto!
Utilizzerò assolutamente i loro servizi di nuovo, ma solo se saranno questi due a venire per la consegna e il montaggio, in assoluto!

This company sold me defective couch. I discovered that when they delivered it. Their customer support promised to pick it up and fix it, but then went silent. Second month in row I can’t reach them. Ended up with parts of the couch which can’t be used for a lot of money.

Ordered a couch from this store. After unpacking I discovered that 3 pieces were defective, including 10 cm scratch on leather which was patched up. Contacted their customer service immediately, initially they promised to pick it up and fix everything, but after first email exchange went silent. Can't get a hold on them for over 1 month! I ended up with pieces of unusable for a lot of money. Be aware of this brand.

My experience took place in the Serravalle branch. I visited the store twice before taking a decision, and was served by Ivana and Claudio. Both of them were super professional and friendly. They were clear with the process, as they explained to me everything in details. So far I can say that the service is perfect. Can’t wait to receive my couch!

No service whatsoever. I bought a pouf at the beginning of March - paid 100 percent up front. Up to now...I have absolutely no information and no detail on delivery. The pouf is not even in production. It was supposed to be delivered at the end of April. We asked for a refund and were told to write emails to some random email info@dondi email and that refund is impossible. How is a refund impossible ? You have broken your contract. You have a contract to 1)provide the product I paid for and 2) to communicate the status etc. you have done neither therefore by law I am entitled to a full refund.
