After being let down I was panicking…
After being let down I was panicking for a waistcoat for a wedding.
Thankfully, Donaldsons stepped up and have delivered a lovely waistcoat that fits perfectly and in the Tartan I wanted.
It also arrived early by recorded delivery. I cannot thank them enough.

Unfortunately my package has not been…
Unfortunately my package has not been delivered. The photo Royal Mail sent after delivery is definitely not our building! You can see red brickwork in the photo and our building is a new build with white plasterwork. We have checked with neighbours too. Royal Mail website says to leave 24hrs and if it 'hasn't turned up' to contact the company we purchased from. Please advise

The product took too long to arrive. I ordered it on May 28 and it didn’t arrive until June 10. There was also not obvious indication about how long it would take to be delivered

Great quality silk square and quick delivery. A small quibble, which is common buying fabric online, the colours aren't quite true to the image on the website. Colours are less bright. However, still a lovely colour.
