Great company to deal with. Goods are despatched almost immediately and delivered within two days. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Goods were also top notch and well packaged.

Order a size 9 and get a size 10 , therefore they are a 2
Order a size 9 , Box of trainers say 9 with a label under says 10 and sold as 9 !!!
I have a 9 and this is a 10 shoe for sure swizzed given the cost of 170 euro !!!
I feel misled and inconvenienced by this company , therefore I don’t recommend them on that basis on their web service .

Brooks is an American brand, so the original shoe box displays US sizing. As we are a UK retailer, all footwear on our website is sold in UK sizes. To make this clear for our customers, we place a label over the original box size showing the correct UK equivalent size ordered.
In this instance, the shoes supplied were the correct UK size requested, and an incorrect size was not sent. We appreciate that the difference between US and UK sizing can be confusing and apologise for any frustration caused.

The shoes were delivered quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately they were the wrong size, especially since they were narrow fitting which was not required nor expected. Otherwise the overall experience was good.
