I am extremely concerned about the safety standards at the Domino’s store in Eindhoven. During my visit, the entire trash disposal unit fell directly onto my foot due to what appeared to be poor maintenance and negligence.
My foot is now badly bruised and in significant pain. This is a major safety hazard that could have resulted in an even more serious injury. It is completely unacceptable for a global brand to have such dangerous conditions in their stores. I hope management takes immediate action to fix their equipment before someone else gets hurt. I’m very disappointed with this experience

It was ok as typical commercial pizza but they reduced the numbers of pizzas, withdraw crème fraiche sauce (that was the only thing that made dominos still somehow ok place) and now it's nothing interesting to order anymore, I'll switched to NY, they have way more options.

I’ve always been a big Domino’s fan, but the situation in the Netherlands is really dragging the whole experience down.

In Amsterdam, they’ve reduced the number of stores, and the ones that remain seem overloaded. The result? Late deliveries, cold pizzas, and higher prices. I’ve given it multiple chances over the past few months, but the experience hasn’t improved.

I still order occasionally, but instead of 2–3 times a month, it’s now maybe once a month and that’s entirely because of these issues. What really bothers me is the pricing structure:

Prices have gone up, fine, everything is more expensive nowadays, and I’m still willing to order.
Then there’s the delivery fee.
On top of that, you’re asked if you want your pizza faster… for an extra charge, even though delivery already takes over an hour (my last three orders all took 1+ hour). Today it was 1.30minutes but the initial information was 55 minutes. It's frustrating for consumers and embarassing also for the brand. Shame.

And finally, there’s a prompt to tip the delivery person.

That’s where it really feels excessive. If you add it all up, base price increase + delivery fee + “faster delivery” fee + tip — you’re easily adding €6 or more on top.

I usually prefer to tip the delivery person directly when it makes sense, but stacking all these extra charges together just feels like too much.

They don't know the difference between vegan and vegetarian while working with food.

The employee of the Dominos at the address below assaulted a member of the public on 17 January 2026 at 23:15. He was the black employee, male. He hit a member of the public over the head with a helmet and broke his glasses. Do not support this establishment. Hueseplein 4

Good food great value for money quick service

No delivery

Scammers and thieves... They have it written in the promotion regulations that for every online order from 10e you get 10 points and when you collect 60 points you get a free pizza... Today I placed two separate orders, one for 15e and the other for 35e and I only received 10 points for one order. This is fraud and very unfair to customers.

I just should stop ordering Dominos. Delivery is always much too late. I had an appointment at 7 so would like to get (and ordered) a meal at 6 but it just doesn't work. Nothing before 18:30. It's not the first time I gave such comment. Ordering 1 or 2 hours upfront does not make any difference.

They have to close. Their crap is not worth to be called pizza. Delivered always late or cold or both. The dough is a disaster. Get à supermarket pizza, at least way delicious.

The employees of Nieuwegein brunch just stole my money.

I have put my order 3 hours in advance and went to a working call. 10 minutes before the delivery time I had a call, but was not able to pick up due to work. My order status changed to "delivered", but there was no my pizza anywhere.

When I called back to the brunch, their employee answered me that "this is not their problem i can complain to the headquarters if I want" and hanged up. So I have no dinner and no money.

The pizza was a disaster... no comment. They used old mushrooms — don’t even try to say they didn’t, because I can taste old vegetables!

On top of that, the garlic sauces were artificial, straight from packets. How can a restaurant or pizzeria not have their own homemade sauces?

Nieuwegein, a cold Pizza with loads of BBQ sauce. Made a complaint, got a couponcode. Ordered just 1 pizza. Need to order two pizza to make use of the coupon. Scam. Never order again!

we Ordered side's (a hotdog with mustard and ketchup) (a cheesy bread with bacon).. the hotdog was with just ketchup so no mustard and no fried onions, it was cold and I would not even feed it to the dog it looked that bad. The cheesy bread was cold and un cut just 1 round thing called bread? This is not the first time we order from this store and the quality is like a lottery, one day its nice yes almost perfect and than the next 3 or 4 times it is so bad you have troubles not getting mad and throw a rock thru the window. When you complain you can get a free cinnastix on your next order. What they should do is re-make your order and come switch it out, Even Dominos mainoffice doesnt do anything to change the quality of this store, it is run by kids that do not care.

I am very disappointed by the taste of the pizza and drivers actions when I ordered considered the tip of 10€ I gave him, he called me saying “open the damn door” then I did but he wasn’t there so then he threatened to leave and eat the order if I did not come in the next 15 minutes, then I realized he was on the other side so then I picked up my pizza the pizza base wasn’t tomato but bbq sauce and the pepperoni cheese bites have been eaten by the driver, 0 STARS and never ordering again

Such bad service! For one large margarita pizza it took 2 hours to deliver! And and now it says that it’s 4 hours! Don’t ever order here!!! Never!!! Scam scam scam!!!🤬

Just checked if they decided to accept cash again, of course they do not. Took my money to Papa Johns. Goodbye Dominos, welcome Papa Johns!

First off the toppings where light and even then the quality was like microwavable pizza, it was just bad,

im a big dominos fan never was i so disappointed by the quality of the food and the lack of toppings THAT i PAID for. insane

Pizza was supposed to be delivered 2hrs ago. Still hasn’t arrived. Don’t order from here. Getting a refund from my bank.
