I would thoroughly recommend this company; I was married in the Dominican Republic, sadly my late husband passed away and I desperately needed my Marriage Certificate which Steve and his team were able to locate for me even 25 years later. I am so grateful for their hard work and dedication, without the Marriage Certificate, legalities in the UK would have been so much more difficult to complete. I got an International Divorce in the Dominican Republic a few years ago. I needed a long form divorce certificate for immigration purposes to live with my new husband in the US. Steve was on the ball even before I had paid the first fee. He was very helpful on the phone and explained the process in detail and gave updates all along. The process only took about two weeks and my husband in the US had the document in his hands. I cannot even imagine how much longer it would have taken if I had written to the Civil Records Office in Santo Domingo instead and requested it from them.

I am dealing with Steven for more than 3 years. He helped me alot. He is professional and got many connections. In Covid 19 pandamic. I was not able to travel to renew my passport and issue my son his 1st passport. He helped me to get the birth certificates for me and my son, send it via DHL and was following the receivable of them. Thanks Steven for all the support.

We contacted the service via their website and Steve explained what was necessary via WhatsApp and text. Clearly it is concerning dealing with a company so far away, but rest assured this service was great. Paid with Sterling too! Delivery to the UK is no problem.

Extremely unprofessional and does not communicate properly. This man Steve McQueen over charges from $210 USD for ONE birth certificate. When in Dominican Pesos the birth certificate will cost about $9 USD. And then has the audacity to send the documents through INPOSDOM which is one of the slowest and most unreliable carriers. The cost to send through INPOSDOM is about $20 USD. Now do the math. This man's services are terrible. He has an attitude and over charges. And is very shady. He needs to be put out of business. Have trusted friend or family member send important documents for you if at all possible. And do not use INPOSDOM for important documents. Avoid this man at all costs. The other reviews are probably fake. PayPal had to refund me my money due to his lack of professionalism and shadiness.

Clear communications, rapid response on questions by e-mails. Steve has been a great help with the legalization of a Jamaican birth certificate at the Dutch embassy. And arranged fast and secure shipping to The Netherlands.

I needed a copy of my birth certificate with the apostille under urgent conditions and travelling to the D.R. was going to turn out to be a very expensive and difficult option. Steve responded to my request within minutes to gather more information from me. He was very professional and courteous. Explained the process and kept me informed the entire time. I received my expedited documents on time and I'm very pleased. The investment is an excellent value considering the alternative of travelling and waiting in person. Highly recommend this service.

I had a vague idea of dates of my marriage being a bloke! Yet they still came back to me with the correct details quickly, they spotted errors with names on the certificate and got them corrected. I get that some may have a fear factor of paying a lot of money up front, but they do it in sections depending on what you want, Steve was a star, kept in touch by WhatsApp and email. I now have the papers for my divorce and would highly recommend them. I won’t say I will use them again incase my new partner sees!

Used this service to locate and get a 1997 marriage certificate found with only the place name of marriage and our two names pre marriage and marriage date of course , and certificate found within time frame specified, which was up to 7 days so first class service received

He rips you off by sending a cert with wrong details then asks for more money for there mistake use at your own risk and waste your own money on him. I’d rather pay to go to 🇩🇲 myself do not trust. The mistake was they send the result in Spanish so all I could make out was the dates it was only when I paid EXTRA for it in English that I realised the mistake and then they asked for more money for there mistake RIP OFF

I work for a legal firm and required a copy of my client's marriage certificate for them to obtain a divorce.

I received a fantastic service received from Steve and his team. They were quick to respond to my emails and helpful all of the way.

The documents were shipped via DHL, due to issues with the international postal service during COVID 19, and were received within one week of shipping.

The only thing I will say is that the Dominican Registrar was a little difficult and would not amend a spelling error on the transcript of the certificate when I pointed it out (they refused to accept that the letter was a 'D' and not an 'O'), but this was no fault of Steve and the service he provides.

To be honest I was sceptical at first and afraid it was a scam but received what I needed (criminal background certificate) in short time! Great service and emails are returned quick at all times. Absolutely reliable. Would recommend to anybody needing a document from DR. Thank you!
