This is a scam company

This is a scam company. I have tried to cancel my subscription to no avail. Their help line is a scam. Their links go no where or have 404 error messages. You sign in with a bonafide password and it rejects it. Asks you to reset, you reset and login and then when you log out and try to log back in it says the password is incorrect. I will have to cancel my credit card and be issued with a new one to stop the payments.

This is a Fraud company

This is a Fraud company, I stop the auto-renew process of one domain and my client doesn't want to continue for next year. They somehow on auto-renew and forcefully charged the 3-time payment from my card,
They don't have any email, ticket, or WhatsApp support, just provided some fake numbers behind there some bots are replying, and most of the time "I didn't hear you" or "didn't get your voice" like that.

Please spread these words all over the internet to save others.

Identity Theft

They locked my account, they need me to submit only my driver's license or international passport. So I'm curious; a domain reseller recently admitted to storing my credit card information, and they now require an international passport, which sounds like identity theft in disguise.
I am discussing possible legal action through the parent company, Godaddy.

Stay Away from DomainNow.com

1.) Don't buy any domain from DomainNow.com,
they will email you and ask for verifcation IDs of the card user.
For eg they will ask for front and back images of my ID and bank card used.

That is somewhat suspicious since they are just a domain provider,
but since I already paid for it and my ads were live, I decided to oblige.
They only give me 48 hours for to submit the docs.
For a busy ecommerce entrepreneur,
2 days to read and submit all docs is surely too rushed as we are busy people running multiple businesses.

2. ) What's worse,
even though I was able to view the email before the 48 hours was up,
i submitted the docs but their website kept showing errors which asked me to submit again.
I did that many times but their site still showed the same error.
This was despite having super fast internet in Singapore and submitting only 4 images.

3.) Once the 48 hours was up, they will block your site.
They only provide a US phone number which is not feasible for international customers like me and I'm from Singapore.
They do not even have a live chat or email contact option.

I have been buying domains from domain providers for more than 10 years.
This is the worst experience I ever had.
Stay away from them.
