I bought a pair of Dolomite 54 Low EVO shoes that were defective. The shoes weren't symmetrical: on one shoe, several centimeters of leather were missing on one side, making it impossible to wear without pain.

The seller returned the shoes to Dolomite, and here is the response of Dolomite :

"We haven't found any particular defect in this pair. The stitching mentioned by the customer is to hold the inner lining in place. It doesn't affect the fit. The pieces of leather used are all the same size, and no particular problems were reported by the various people who tested these shoes. The shoes are new, so we will proceed with an exchange anyway."

I took all the measurements very precisely, and I still have the photos with the markings. This response is unacceptable; they are openly mocking the customer. I had to pay extra for shipping and customs fees twice.

Save your money; this brand doesn't deserve it. The build quality is poor, and the customer service is terrible.

Substandard Product - not waterproof. Returned product to shop which I purchased it.

3 weeks later - no update, no communication. I am £100 down and dont have any waterproof shoes for my walking trips whilst I await their 'analysis'

Had an issue with new pair of Dolomite trainers I bought. Sent details of the issue including photos and proof of purchase to Dolomite customer services. The issue could have been fixed very quickly and easily without having to return to the shop, which I highlighted I wanted to avoid since it would be weeks before I was next back in town, but Dolomite insisted I go back to the shop and open a warranty claim. Gave up, useless, will not buy from this company again, have had far superior support resolving issues from other companies.
