Excellent customer service. Lovely items and orders are fast and returns were dealt with far more efficiently and speedily than any other retailer we have ever used.

This company has made me feel special and appreciated they go Over and above to help and they were brilliant when I ordered an incorrect size and posted the new dress to me almost straight away. I would recommend this company to the royals if I could fantastic 5 star service all round.
I have around 30 of their dresses top quality and fit is great.the last ones were bought around my anniversary time in sept bought 3 a sale was on brilliant.

Ordered for the first time. Absolutely love the Christmas reindeer dress. Fabric is great quality, fit is great and a bonus you have pockets. Very fast delivery as well.

I recieved my 2nd Order today so I am now the proud owner of 2 dresses and 2 petticoats. I wore this Lily Pink Poppy dress to a '40s festival in Grassington, complete strangers kept coming up to me ans asking to take my photo. Ive never had that reaction anywhere before. I felt like a film star! I have to add the petticoat was a big hit too! The quality of this dress is beyond compare. Thank you Dolly and Dotty. I shall keep adding to my collection. BTW the postage comes within 48 hours of placing an order. FANTASTIC!!!!

Ordered 3 different dresses so I could wear 1 to my Graduation on Wednesday. I paid for next day delivery after 4pm on Friday, figuring they'd arrrive on Tuesday, amazingly they arrived Sunday night! What great service! I'm so pleased, I now know which 1 I'm wearing Wednesday but I love them all so I'm keeping all 3.

I am a size 12 which apparently in some twisted world means I am an XXL which in the end didn't even fit. AND on top of that I have to now pay to return it what a terrible business. First their extremely fatphobic now I have to pay for their mistakes.

I got two Tess dresses to try two colours and sizes. They arrived quickly and I had great communication. I returned one easily and absolutely loved my dress in Navy and had lots of compliments.
My only regret was the lack of pockets!!! I adore dresses with pockets, I hate having a handbag, it would be a great addition for future styles.
Highly recommend this company and will use again.

I ordered two dresses directly from Dolly and Dotty and was initially disappointed — the fit looked strange on me, and that was even further accentuated after washing. The construction also felt underwhelming compared to other brands I own.

That said, customer service handled the situation in the best possible way and offered a resolution promptly. I recognise that sometimes dresses don’t fit as expected, and I appreciate their effort to make things right.

Was scouring the Main Street & online for a specific style & colour of dress for an up coming wedding. Fortuitously came across what appeared to be the perfect match on Dolly & Dotty. I’m usually a little sceptical about buying online & on most occasions, they’re go back. But not this time. Beautiful dress, exactly as described. I was desperate for an Amanda Picasso Sausage Dog Flared Dress but they were out of stock. I pre-ordered from the next batch, the dress arrived promptly and was everything I wanted: looked fantastic, fitted really well, wonderful full skirt. What a fantastic company. I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding and was a little anxious ordering because I knew nothing about Dolly and Dotty. When I realised I'd made an error with my delivery address I genuinely thought "Well here we go then..." but the customer service was exceptional. All the Ps - personal, personable and professional. My dress arrived and it's gorgeous - exactly what I dreamed it would be and I can honestly say I've never tried something on that's instantly made me twirl and smile from ear to ear with joy. I am going to a 1940’s event. The dress is white with tiny cherries on it, perfect for the era.
The material is quite heavy which allows the dress to drape perfectly. I am a 10/12 and ordered a size 10 it is a perfect fit.
The dispatch time and delivery was super fast.
I am extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this company.

I absolutely LOVE Dolly and Dotty! The dresses are incredible - super flattering, brilliantly different prints, and exceptionally well made. I’ve got almost every Claudia dress and many other too - they’re always perfect. And customer service has always been 10/10. I cannot recommend more!

I wrote to customer service and received prompt responses and excellent assistance. I was able to place an order, despite living in a country to which Dolly and Dotty do not normally ship, and I received my order in less than a week, from start to finish. It was a pleasant experience, I will shop with Dolly and Dotty again, love the dresses, and do recommend them!

Wow I’m so glad I discovered Dolly and Dotty! The most amazing, unique dresses, so beautiful and extremely good quality! Perfect for a rockabilly-style look with a 50’s twist, just love, love, love them and wish I could buy all of them! The fit on them is so flattering as well!
I ordered a pile not knowing what I would like or what the sizing was like and when I organised to return the ones that didn’t fit me through Klarna I made a mistake and forgot to include one of the items. The customer service at D&D was absolutely brilliant, Maria quickly sorted my return and arranged the refund the same day when provided with the tracking number. I really couldn’t ask for more, what a fantastic company and such lovely people and products!!!
I know exactly where to go next time I need a dress for an event or simply to cheer me up!
