Doll arrived today Blanco definately not what i thought i was getting just does not look like a "realistic lifelike baby" which they claim on their website. Totally disappointed and not happy at all - looking for a full refund -just looks like a run of the mill doll. Could have bought a doll for a quarter of the price elsewhere.

My daughter doll for Christmas turned up today. A lot smaller then I thought it would be and nothing like the 1 I order. This site is obviously a scam but I stupidly didn't research before spending nearly $90. I suggest to look elsewhere for a reborn because this site is a SCAM I would add pictures if it would allow.

I bought Karen 88.99 euro.
I recieved Daisy 74,19.
They insist that it was the write order.
Unfortunately I cant attach the pictures.
If I was a lawyer I went them to the court.
I beg you, if someone can do this, I will be very grateful.

The doll I ordered and payed for looks nothing like advertised and certainly is not worth the 85€ I paid for it.
The website has a complete and well explained return/refund policy, but when contacted, keeps trying to conveince me to keep the doll and get only partial refund.
Also, the company seems to be located in UK, but the doll came from China. Not at all clear in the website.
On positive note, everyone in costumer service seems to be very polite. But I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone trying to buy a reborn doll.

Total scam.
100$ for a plastic doll that you can buy for 10$.
Nothing match. Nothing.
I wished I have checked the reviews.
It is sad that we cannot post pictures so you all could have compared the one we have ordered and the fake one.

Terrible! The doll looked nothing like the picture. Do not buy! My daughter waited months for her ‘reborn doll’ and picked the one she wanted. When her brother was born, she was given this ‘reborn doll’ and it looked nothing like what she wanted. The doll is painted orange, and the fingers look grotesque. The body looks so strange and nothing like a baby. It was heartbreaking to see the look of disappointment on her face when she saw it was nothing like the picture she wanted. It is a complete fake. Do not buy. I wish I read these reviews before hand

I ordered a doll from the site for my daughter. It arrived after 2 weeks, it turned out to be a copy of the one I ordered, my daughter liked it very much. The company is serious and there are no scams! You can easily make your child and family happy! They respond to messages and have link to them! The doll looks great, matches the picture. Although it is hard to believe among these bad reviews, the site is not a scam and I will trust the website again in the future!!!

I ordered the 22 Inches Blanco Truly Soft Reborn Baby Doll for my Nieces 10th Birthday as she desperately wanted a real baby doll. I found this website and ordered without even looking at the reviews, I read the reviews only after I had already bought the doll and accessory set and I was sooo worried that I had been scammed, however to mine and my nieces joy it was absolutely perfect and is exactly what I ordered. I know that might be hard to believe given the awful reviews but I am so happy and I can confirm 100% that this company is not a Scam site.

They are horrible fakes, I bought 2 of them and insted 2 reborn dolls I got 2 cheep dolls,nothing was as în the picture presented online the site,not the face,hair,hight..they are using stolen rewiews from the original site too. I threatend them and only after this they send me 80% of the monney....someone should close their business...they sell on wohoo and amazon....unbeliveble

I ordered an avatar-reborn, on their website and payed 110,89$ for it, they promised that their dolls are made of silicone, but the doll i received was not made of silicone, it was made of the same material as cheap baby-dolls from toy stores are made of 😡 They hide behind an American webpage, but the firm is probably placed somewhere in China, cause when it was being shipped to me, it was shipped from China. So DON’T fall for it 🙏🏻 They even warn customers, on their website about the reviews here on trustpilot and tell customers that the reviews here, are fake, i believed them and i really regret that now 😢

Do NOT order from Shannaboo. The doll I received was not the pictured one I ordered. The head, hands & feet are PLASTIC!!!! The yarn for hair was white (ordered brown) & skimpy and glued to head. Gaps showed easily when moved out of position. Sweater was unraveling down the front. I paid almost $40 for this doll & it’s not worth $3 at a dollar store. It also came in a plastic bag & not a box for shipping. SCAM.

First off I want my money back this doll was $145 they stated she will open and close her eyes and she dont the bottle nor pacifier is magnetic. The doll is very horrible. I would never recommend them.

Ordered a doll a month ago still haven’t received it. when I email they just keep saying the same thing its held somewhere and should be with me soon won’t give me a refund this was meant to be a Christmas present for my daughter this site is a scam

Ordered two different dolls for my twin granddaughters for Christmas. Received two of the same doll, looking nothing like either of the dolls ordered. Was late in receiving the dolls albeit I ordered them in plenty of time just in case there may have been an issue. To late to do anything other than give the dolls to the girls. Both girls loved their dolls even though their mother and I think the dolls look like Shreck.
After only 4 days one of the dolls is neigh on decapitated due to the stitching coming apart.
I contacted dollishreborn who's response was to offer a 10% refund and for my granddaughters to keep the doll. I obviously refused the offer explaining that what on earth would my granddaughter do with a broken doll, a very expensive broken doll at that.
I have now been offered 25% refund and to keep the doll.
Am still in negotiations with the company as to a mutual resolution.

Absolutely disgusting never received my items and when I try and follow it up they send a generic response saying that it has been sent worth a tracking number that means nothing. It was meant to be my daughters major Christmas gift from Santa and now that magical exercise has been destroyed

When I contacted Dollish about the bait and switch, they said it was the same kit, so it was the same doll, even though the doll they sent me looks like a troll that lives under a bridge and demands that you solve a riddle to get across.

They offered a 10% discount, but not a refund. I've spent hundreds of dollars on these dolls that would give my children a lifetime of nightmares, and said dolls' clothes, so I'm looking into having my credit card company deal with it.

I am absolutely appalled that l have fallen for these scammers!!
What l hoped would be a lovely Christmas present for my little granddaughter is fit for nothing other than the bin!!

so when we got this "doll" my little cousin was so exited because her DOLL! came we just got back from a holiday she opened the box it was the ugliest doll I have ever seen the dollar shop would have done better the clothes were made of plastic the magnetic pacifier didn't work the LEGS THE LEGS looked like someone had a swollen leg and the face looked like it had 10 to 15 bad jobs of plastic surgery
