Dollar Jerky wont cancel a subscriptio
Dollar Jerky club advertises that you may cancel at any time, but I have been trying to cancel my subscription with them for 2 months and they will not quit debiting my account. I am in the process of contacting the bank to stop any and all transactions with them. Multiple emails and messages sent straight to the owner were not enough. I followed every direction they told me and they still wont stop.

Terrible box, Terrible company. I tried to reach out after buying a box recently to be ignored via email. I tried to get a hold of them on tiktok. They said on the live they never got any emails or messages. I have screenshots. Then he called me out on live as being DISRESPECTFUL?! I did everything the right way first. And all I said in live was that I didn't get a response and was being ignored. I got my $35 medium box and was told it would have more than $50 worth of jerky. I was also told that every box would be shipped next day, it would have the maple bacon jerky and it would be the best I'd ever have. Wrong, wrong and wrong. I got it 2 weeks later, no maple bacon, driest jerky ever, and after totaling it up it was LESS than $35 worth and most items were all from one company when i was promised a variety. No maple bacon jerky either. They have been completely unresponsive to me and called ME the DISRESPECTFUL one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I brought the Big subscription on day 26th september 2021, and i payed 25$ for shipping to Denmark. I have payed for this subscription 2 months and today 13th november i havent recieved any of my packages yet. I have tryed to write to them, but they dont answer.
Now i have cancelled my subscription and i havent recieved my packages or refund.
This service is a scam!
