Our 12x12 mat arrived on time and undamaged. Mat's were a fare price.

Wrestling mat is of high quality. Thick surface fabric feels really well made. 10x10 mat is perfect fit for a basement wrestling room set up. Shipping is fast and mats are well packaged. Very happy with it. Highly recommended.

Easy to order. Fast delivery

The made came surprisingly sooner than I thought and the material & feel of the mats were excellent. I’m definitely satisfied with my purchase due to the quality of the mats.

I ordered custom mats. The sales rep received the measurements over the phone. I was sent documents that I did not understand and asked for guidance. I did not receive any guidance. The mats arrived without notice. The mats were the wrong thickness and the wrong size. After 2 weeks of back and forth emails, no personal conversation, no review of the emails between the sales rep and me, I was told they will not take them back and to go sell them on Facebook. This is a $3000 + investment that I am stuck with. I would encourage mat shoppers to look locally. Local businesses are able to handle the whole process verses an online ordering system. I would not recommend Dollamur Mats.

Great service and super-fast on delivery once order was placed. The mats are great!

Online ordering was easy & shipped quickly. My sales rep though was horrible. I emailed for over 3 weeks trying to get information about ordering mat tape & transition pieces. Finally got the discount code & link for the tape, but then it took almost another 3 weeks to get the transition pieces ordered because you can't order those online. I even called the supervisor & another sales person who also did not return my calls. Absolutely horrible customer service from that standpoint.

I had a really great experience with Dollamur’s customer service. I ordered two wrestling mats and ran into an issue where one of them was not the correct size.

From the moment I reached out, their team responded quickly and took the situation seriously. They were very receptive and diligent in working toward a solution.

I especially want to recognize Nola Nix—her communication was excellent throughout the process, and you could tell she genuinely cared about resolving the issue the right way.

It’s not just about the product—it’s about how a company handles things when something isn’t perfect. Dollamur absolutely delivered in that regard. I would definitely recommend them.

Just got my 10x10 two mats that stick with the velco, great investment. No need for tape that leaves sticky residue. Strong hold. Mats feel amazing.

As time happens wrong mat got ordered but in order to return it you have to pay the shipping fee back although the mat came out the box and put right back in without being used.
