One item arrived on time but second order was cancelled without any explanation

Ordered gifts for my daughter’s birthday. No conformation email, no communication at all. Still not received order 11 days later so too late for her birthday. Shambles

Not received my item and no communication from seller. I have emailed them several times

Ordered at least a year ago. They changed their website name at least three times, and I emailed about month after my order and they never responded. Very very suspicious. Never trust Instagram brands 😭😭

They refunded my order with no explanation? Very unprofessional!

Cancelled my order for absolutely no reason , all I saw was a refund in my account. You didn't send out a courtesy email to say why or if there was an issue . I have messaged several times with no response. Terrible service

Absolutely TERRIBLE
Ordered from this company 2 weeks ago and waited a week for the item. Checked the delivery updates and it said ‘order confirmed’ not even dispatched nor had anyone informed me of any delays. Emailed them to find out what’s going on and for updates yet had absolutely no replies… within hours, a refund was processed. I emailed them again to ask what happened.
No reply! With the benefit of the doubt I reordered the same item last Saturday (as still showing visible on the website!!) it’s now Thursday and the item is saying ‘order confirmed’ not dispatched yet. Send them emails, facebook messages and comments on their page and absolutely no replies. Here we go again! Customer service is awful. Company are terrible - never ordering again! I want my money back!!!!!! 😡

Product fits really well and great for organising, but the taking off all the plastic film was so frustrating and difficult i nearly gave up

I recently wrote a negative review as Item hadn’t been dispatched nor any reply to messages after 8 days…. However I would like to change the score from 1 star to 3 stars as seller has finally dispatched and sent an email…. I think going forward considering the circumstances explained for the delay a response to an email or chat would help reassure customers irrespective of the delay, thankful for finally getting a response

UPDATE*
The seller contacted me and issued me with a refund and also sent the items I had ordered. Because of the reviews on here alluding to scamming I thought this was the case. It isn't. The owner is and has been ill so I would ask customers to be patient with her. Her products and packaging are simply stunning. I had been searching high and low for something like this so I'm over the moon to have found it. I wish you a speedy recovery and hope your business is successful in the future.

I've yet to receive anything. I emailed the seller because I could see via the shop app that nothing has been dispatched. I checked my bank and the payment for the goods, £40+ has been taken but still no communication. I had high hopes for this company but it looks like I'm going to go through the laborious task of getting a refund. Their stuff is really nice, too. A shame.

Expected parcel by now end even done a second order but still no sign of either order . Missed my daughters birthday

Ordered two weeks ago and have had no communication about my order and still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed twice and had no response at all! I wouldn’t have ordered if I had known it would be this long as we’re waiting to build around it!

I had a 10% off discount on the acrylic makeup organiser for my alex drawers and the seller refunded me my money back as i paid £28 with the discount code where else it would of been £43 i am not happy about this and would not recommend this seller to anyone else.

I ordered a set of Alex drawers. One of the trays were incorrect and also damaged. I sent an email to address the issue and have had no response. Bad customer service. Won’t be ordering again.

When I recieved my delivery, I had ordered and paid for 2 trays and only recieved one tray. Plus, the one tray is recieved was broken on arrival.

I saw this drawer inserts on YouTube and didn’t hesitate to order them. Very good quality just like expected.
