My Rimowa was badly damaged after a flight to Miami. I claimed it at Lufthansa and Dolfi took over and repaired it. Great Job!

Terrible company. Used by Lufthansa airlines who are equally as terrible. Was offered compensation for my damaged bag, had to email numerous times to get the money instead of buying another bag. When I finally passed over my bank details I was told it would take SEVERAL WEEKS to transfer?!? What kind of 1950’s company is this?! Same day bank transfers have been around for years now.

I had an excellent experience with Dolfi. My luggage was damaged during a flight, and Lufthansa referred me to them. The repair request process was very easy and fast, the website is intuitive and user friendly, and they responded immediately. After scheduling the pickup, a courier company picked up my suitcase right at my door, it was repaired in just one day, and two days later I had my luggage back at home in perfect condition. Truly first class service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I received quick responses in every email I sent and I am satisfied with the solution they provided. The only remark is the suitcase replacement, it's not exactly the same product as my damaged one, there's a reason of buying a specific model though. Otherwise, the problem is well resolved without any hassles.

My Rimowa luggage was damaged on a flight to Innsbruck. I reported the damage. Dolfi 1920 arranged for the luggage to be picked up in Sweden. After evaluation, it was determined that the luggage could not be repaired. The luggage was sent back to me and I received a gift certificate in the Dolfi 1920 webshop. Good and clear communication and professionally handled by Dolfi 1920.

Takes a long time to get repaired.
Pick up time is scheduled for 9-17:00 - no planning possible on that day.
If one could initiate the repair without Dolfi - it would be possible to have this done in 1-2 days

My luggage has been damaged during a flight with LOT Airlines and since I couldn't find anyone able to repair it, they put me in contact with their luggage repair service provider, Dolfi1921.
I liked the efficiency of this service: after submitting my request, they contacted me immediately and they organized a pick up with GLS directly at my place and after 1 week they sent me back the repaired luggage. They also send you several updates via email. The only thing that could be improved is the variety of colors of the pieces: my luggage is blue but they used a black piece to repair it. But other than that, very good service!

Luckily, the luggage was repaired. The first information we got, was that is impossible to repaire the luggage. Later we didn´t get any other information.
The only message we received, was that a package is on the way.
A more correct info would have been useful.
