Pay attention!

I did not have a good experience with this company. Major reason is the fact that they do not send you any monthly invoice per e-mail. It seems that you need to ask for this. What happens is that when you buy a Premium package of €6,99 (as you need just one document) they start charging you automatically 49,99 after 3 days. And they don't send you any invoice or reminder. I wonder why not as that would have avoid a lot of problems for a lot of people who now rate this company just with one star. They know the problem. This problem is not theirs so they don't care. We have send them an e-mail as we paid them a lot of money (many months) without using the service. It is true that we did not cancel the service within 3 days. (we forgot due to personal reasons) However a lot of frustration and problems could have been avoided if they would have sent out a reminder e-mail after 3 days and/or an e-mail with a monthly invoice. They did not. And that in combination with not replying on an e-mail sent to them a couple of days ago we just rate our experience with them with one star.

Unwanted subscription automatically assigne

a full version subscription is assigned without being requested; a note is inserted in the email that communicates the outcome of any operation (for example a search) in which the activation of the trial period for the subscription is confirmed (never requested!), so it can be overlooked if you are in a hurry and you take it for granted that the content of the emails/notification is exclusively related to the requested operation

non-transparent service

I used this service when I wanted to sell the company car. But his Chamber of Commerce registration was not accepted by the buyer because there isn't an issuing date for the certificate. After several trials, I had to use another service company to conclude the deal.
Dolcument.com says that I have used his service several times but all was the same request because its contents missed the issuing date. The buying company wants the certificate which is issued in less than 6 months.
Furthermore, this service company must explain that I must pay euro44.90 every month after the first trial(euro3.90).
So I had to pay euro44.90 for two months(euro89.8) and still, I didn't have any fiscal document(invoice) from Dolcument.com to justify the expenses.
When I call the service center, she says that it is my fault.
Surely, I made a major mistake but Dolcumento.com must explain again when he asks for a monthly payment.
There will be another person who will have the same experience as me.
I hope this will be a good reference for selecting the service company and I hope that Dolcument.com must give correct and transparent service to its client.

scam company, stay away from it

They are fraud company .it is a scam
Beware of this company .they take your credit card and ever month take money from your card without your permission. Your credit card is not safe with them.

To be recommended

During the pandemic I was quite confused about the accounting side of my business and my accountant seemed to be too. So I decided to get a second opinion in order to be able to access possible state aid without problems and to be in order, and so I turned to this company, having read positive reviews and given the absolutely affordable costs.
I was well assisted and provided with all the necessary information and documents to present in the various situations. I think I will also switch to them for electronic invoicing.
Absolutely recommendable.
