I’m hopeful it’ll get better once I get my test results but I’ve been waiting over a week and not heard anything, and there’s nobody to contact for support because the whole thing is AI.
I booked my blood test in Colchester and the clinic postcode led me down a bus lane so to avoid I had to park a mile away, only to find out the clinic has a car park and have asked Do Health to provide the post code to clients rather than the clinic postcode. Again, as it’s all AI this simple thing hasn’t been resolved.
Let’s see whether the tests and AI coaching can improve the experience.

Blood testing - making appointment and test itself was very simple and staff very friendly. Results- low B12 told to eat more oily fish and leafy greens. Which I already eat? What about a supplement?

To have my health checks through this year will help me take the right steps to improve when needed, this is really helpful and important information for me.

Do Health is a brilliant way to take back one’s health and knowing you have help at the end of an email is brilliant.
I have shared my code with a friend that I believe will use it Dr Chatterjee is my favourite podcast and I think he is doing so much for healthcare in UK!

It has so far been quite insightful and given me some things to focus on. It’s reassuring when results are good and motivating when there are areas for improvement.

Blood test availablity was excellent but none available in my area. Results were back very quickly and the app explains everything well. Love that you can download a pdf of the result. Have only used the ai bot once to ask about preparing for blood test. Will need to play with it a bit more to see how useful it is. Not totally convinced by weekly suggestions Mays struggle to keep up with some and then I assume they change each week. I would often to a full blood test each year which costs menthe same a the 3 offered by do health so good value although the follow up test are not as extensive as the initial one so I'm not sure what's included.

Great value with a trustworthy service and results

I wanted to know more about my state of health. I'm 70 so it matters to me. I was reassured by my results & encouraged to try and improve it still further. I trust Do Health.

Practical steps that are simple to incorporate.
Would recommend this service and app, for those finding it difficult to navigate through all the ‘health noise’ particularly aimed at middle aged women - which can often be contradictory, leaving us feeling confused and overwhelmed.

I'm now having to travel quite a long way for a convenient location. Your bloods are often taken in places difficult to get to or park near.

This really is an excellent company. So important to concentrate on prevention rather than fire fight symptoms. Very good value. The AI chat is exceptional. The support line is helpful and responsive. It's a shame that the blood test centres are not near some of the more rural areas - I have a 2 hour car journey but the company is so good apart from that that I wouldn't deduct a star.

The app is easy to use. The blood test locations are quite a distance from my home which meant a wait until I could get there so felt like a wasted two months of my annual subscription to begin with. Results are clear with good guidance and downloadable pdf. Appointment was prompt and professional. Ongoing prompts are good to improve/encourage a healthier lifestyle whilst not feeling overwhelmed.
