The fence layout design was a quick and easy conversation. Install went fast and smooth. Training for me and the dogs went well! The dogs now love their freedom of the whole yard and I do too!!!

Professional, personalized service. Affordable, friendly, helpful. The best company I have had experience with in a long time. The person installing the fence helped me with how to train my puppy, until I was comfortable. They are there to answer any additional questions and will come out any time I need them. They answered all my questions.

My most recent experience with Cole, our Dog Watch invisible fence installer, was amazing! He could not have been more helpful in assuring the installation was exactly where I desired and went into detail answering all of my questions regarding the installation and fitting and use of the collars.
Cole’s time and gentle care when training my 6-month old JRT puppy to the fence and her 6-year old JRT “godmother” was so kind and effective. The dogs have distinctively different personalities and he treated each of them with the utmost respect and based his training on how each would respond individually. And he taught me how with the same patience he had shown my Jack Russell Terriers. Cole was spot on. I think within the first 3 days, both dogs understand their boundaries and know that they are safe inside.
And lastly, yet actually first, Cole came to the property TWICE to complete the installation and training. I became acutely ill while we were both out in one of the fields discussing perimeters. Cole’s genuine concern for my well-being was exemplary. I told him I was going to the house and I would be fine, but knew he kept his eye out for me and had my back the whole way. When I texted and told him I was going to the ER, he said he would be happy to come back when I was feeling better. In the customer relations department this gentleman went the extra mile and in this day and time, it is a breath of fresh air dealing with good people.

I have used Triad Dogwatch for over 15 years and they go above and beyond! If you have pets, this system makes life for you and your pet so much more enjoyable and easy. I have a German Wire Haired pointer and she loves to run and be outside. We also have 3 cats and they are on the fence too and can go outside on our deck and enjoy the sunshine. I have the peace of mind that they will be safe and not go into the busy road in front of our house. We have an indoor unit that keeps the dog off of the couch and away from the cat food. Alex, Dave, Cameron, Tamara and Brandon from Dogwatch have all helped us numerous times. If we ever have any questions or want to change something, they go out of their way to make it happen. Triad Dogwatch has by far the best product and customer service I have ever seen. Thank you!!

Dave Spain installed our first underground fence about 10 years ago and it has been life-changing for us and for our dogs. They get to spend a lot more time outside in our yard and we have the assurance they are safely confined within its boundaries. Customer service has always been excellent and the only time the fence hasn’t worked is when I have snipped it while trimming bushes, or when it got cut last year during a major landscape project (it was quickly repaired). Company employees are always courteous and knowledgeable about their product. I highly recommend Triad Dog Fence!

I can't tell you how happy we have been with our Hidden Fence. We have had ours since my dog, Lila, was a puppy (that makes 11 years now) and Dave and Alex Spain are always just wonderful. Not only did they install the system, but they took the time to train us and Lila how to use the system, then came out a couple of weeks later to make sure we were doing okay and to answer any questions. They have always been very quick and responsive to any questions or concerns I had and always answered my questions with professionalism and friendliness. It's one of the smartest investments I've ever made.

My dog is slowly adjusting to the training leash, which is definitely a testament to how great of a product this is. Well constructed and built to last.

Triad Dog Watch is the best! The Dog Watch fence is the best fence on the market and their service is second to none. They recently replaced a transmitter that was struck by lightning under warranty and they have marked the fence for us a few times recently so we could install an irrigation system and to replant sod in our yard. We are very pleased with Triad Dog Watch.

Triad Dog Watch is amazing! They really took the time to explain how very important it is to follow their directions to the T when training your dog on the invisible fence. They explained how to set our dog up for success! Not only that, but they took the time to answer all of our questions and came back several days later to double check that we were doing the right thing.

I am OVER THE MOON happy with our Dog Watch invisible fence! From the first phone all I made to them, I spoke with the nicest, most professional young lady. She gave me all of the necessary information and really made me feel like she cared about my situation with my puppy. From that moment on, every person that I worked with gave me so much information, helped me train my dog, and provided spectacular customer service. My family, including my 6 month old puppy are so grateful to the folks at Dog Watch! It has truly changed our lives!

Worth every penny, great customer service will help make sure you get the right equipment and if you have any questions during the process they are there to help. I didn't know if this was going to work I have a stubborn dog and she likes to run after other dogs and thing like that and this keeps her in the yard and she is only on level 3 out of 10. She gets brave some times but when she gets close she will turn right around. So if your worried this might not keep your dog in the yard it's worked for me and I had the same worry.
