Excellent product. Was shown how to train my dogs on it. The staff was very professional. Highly recommend this product and this company to any one having pets that are outside. Nick was excellent to deal with. Was installed and had the training all in the same day.

I contacted Dogwatch on the enthusiastic recommendation of my cousins, whose high energy Aussie 100% respects their invisible fence. Nick, Keith and Trixie were absolutely terrific to work with. Their confidence in the effectiveness of their product made me confident that I was making the right choice. I have an older lab and a young German Shepherd and both of them learned the new boundaries within a few days, using the training techniques that Nick showed me. Now they have loads of room to run and play and I have peace of mind knowing that they are safe within the space (almost a full acre) available to them. My house is surrounded by very rough, rocky terrain in a wooded area, and the Dogwatch system was by far the cheapest and easiest fencing option, as well as being, in my opinion, also the best. Thanks to the whole team for providing really great customer service throughout the process, and to Nick for quickly following up whenever I had a question. Along with being a good business person he is also a committed dog lover! No regrets, this is a fabulous system that is well worth the money spent.

Doug from Dog watch did an excellent job at installing the underground fence system. He also spent time to show us how to train our dog. I was worried our dog would not respond well to the system because he has such a high pray drive. We have had the system a few weeks now, and he is now not leaving the property. I am very happy with the service Dog Watch provided.

With some simple training my high strung golden retriever stops like a brick wall! Won’t have to worry about the road any longer! Very happy and pleased with the product and the team that came to install.

Installing this fence was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
I live very close to a very busy road. My dogs have been amazing respecting the fence.

To be honest, I really did not think invisible fencing would work with my dog Bocephus. He is a very large purebred chocolate lab and extremely stubborn and strong willed. But... I followed thru with my homework taking him out and pushing past "flag" boundaries.... that worked but I wondered if it would work when people or dog came by.... OMG.... it did!! I now put collar on him, let him outside, shut door and truly never worry anymore... it works, these people go above and beyond.. check up on progress, quick to respond to questions and are amazing at payment plans!!

Great folks and great customer service. All visits on time and all quotes accurate to the penny.

Keith and Trixie are great! Thor and Zelda really respond to the fence. We love it! It gives them the freedom they need!

This is the second time we have contacted DogWatch to address our dog's saftey fencing. I cannot speak for all Dogwatch business owners but I can for Trixie and Keith Bailey. I was thankful our two locations, Carleton Place in 2014 and then Westport in 2019 were both in their territory. The quick response time is important, the full explanation of all items included and the way they work is important for any new customer. It was more of a visit with Keith, clearly a pet lover. Our pets are very used to full reign of many acres so when on another property have no sense of boundaries or traffic, this now has their safety taken care of, they are lmembers of our large family. Follow up is important, they have this also well taken care of.

Thank you to an amazing couple who helped us with every step! Everything was explained thoroughly!! From installation and training. When we had a question and a problem with our one dog, they helped us through it. We have recommended them to those who have asked about our new system!

Hidden fence is a lifestyle you shouldn’t live without if you have a dog who doesn’t have a fence. Phenomenal customer support and service.
