This company is wonderful. We had the system at our last house and this is the first thing put into our new house for our dog Gracie. The staff is excellent and friendly and the price was right.

The whole process went smooth. The install was done quickly along with the training. It took our dog two days to figure out the boundaries. Our frenchie is a much happier dog now without being on a chain.

Overall our experience with DogWatch has been exceptional. The installation process by James Taylor was very quick and efficient. He did a great job of training our Jack Russell. Recently there was a cut in our fence, James quickly came out later and repaired the damage and got the fence working properly again. We are very satisfied with the overall quality of the fence and the support of James Taylor.

Our experience has been great! Our dog (Doberman) took to the fence right away, with no issues. We had our first test with neighbor dogs last week. Two of them got out and came into our yard and explored. Our dog went to follow them out of the yard, and stopped at the barrier and watched them run off. Everything worked as it should, and we are thrilled! Our installation was great as well, and our installer has been available via text whenever we had questions, fantastic customer service! We would recommend Dogwatch to anyone thinking about it.

I just recently had the ProFence installed by James and it has been amazing so far for my 2 german shepherd pups that are 5 months old. James is awesome and will help in any way possible to make your four legged kids outdoor time less stressful. James was willing to come out and view my property and detail explain how WatchDog company works. Then we scheduled a time to have the system installed. Installation and training was smooth sailings. I liked the fact that once the fence was installed and hooked up, James took time to even go through the training process "hands on" to show me how to correctly training my dogs. James was very professional, easy going, detail oriented through out, and great personality. I'm glad I found this company and highly recommend this company to everyone!

We had a fence for many years from another company, but DogWatch's new SmartFence blows the competition out of the water. Their radio/collar technology is superior and now they have web access to the system so we can see when the battery needs to be replaced, how active our dog has been for the day, and most importantly, if and when she is getting warnings and corrections as she learns the boundaries of the yard.

James was great to work with and really knows his product and how it compares to others. He answered all our questions, showed us the best way to train our Rotti on the fence, and made himself very available if we needed to contact him... even during a holiday week.

If you need a new hidden fence or want to upgrade your existing one to today's tech, these are the guys to call!

James and crew were very accommodating in scheduling our installation. They were willing to work around our work schedules. Explanation of how the system works and training the dogs was very thorough.

The batteries for the unit last for years. My German Shepard has NEVER gotten out. Great Product and Great Customer Service!

2 months in and everything is doing great. The dogs don't bolt out the door any more because they know they are still contained. I do recommend if a dry spell is going to go on after installation to water your lawn if you are worried about seeing the line in grass where they buried the line.

I had an excellent experience with our installer James. He was able to start us on the training process for our Poodle-Airedale mix and after she ran through our fence twice in early training he was able to help me troubleshoot some settings in order to keep her contained! We are now over a month in and have recommended DogWatch to others in the area. Great experience, great customer service!

We could not be more pleased with Dog Watch Hidden Fence and James our instructor. We have two minature schnauzers. One is 7 months, the other is 12 years. James showed us exactly what to do.. our dogs never felt threatened, but grasped the idea quickly. At no time did James do anything that was uncomfortable for our Max and Molly...he left us instructions AND a video of exactly what to do. We installed another “Invisible” Fence at our old house. The instructions were rather inhumane... and we stopped use of the fence.. we have complete trust in DogWatch Hidden Fence and James.

I am very pleased with the DogWatch fence. My Standard Poodle learned the boundaries in a couple of days and has not broken through at any time. It is wonderful to be able to let him out at anytime and not worry about him wandering off. James was great to work with and everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend him.

I am quite impressed, in particular, with the battery life. Much better than the competition's battery life.
