When my tag had not arrived within a month I began to think it was lost in the mail. I contacted the site, and they were very apologetic and offered to send me another free of charge. Believe it or not, it arrived that afternoon, so I immediately informed them of its delivery. The tag is really beautiful and I am so happy with it. Beatufully inscribed with my dogs information, and good quality item. I would recommend this company most highly, and thank them for their hospitality. Many thanks.

i place an order 3 weeks ago and i never received anything ..im trying to contact them and the only answer i get is this ........
"Shipping time is within 24-48 hours, while Delivery time usually takes 5 to 7 business days, but in some occasions it can take a little longer.
Since packages are sent as postmarked letters, we cannot provide a tracking number or delivery updates.
The tracking information may not be updated on a daily basis, but rest assured that your package is on its way.

Very happy with the quality of our Dog Tag and the service was great.

Excellent quality and love that we could engrave details on both sides of the tag. Website states 5-7 business days to arrive once sent but doesn’t take into account which country it is being sent to. Also didn’t know it was overseas until after purchasing. Took approx 4 weeks to arrive (in Aus). Followed up with an email, received reply straight away, offering to make and send another one. Didn’t have to in the end, it arrived the next day. Excellent customer service and follow up action.

Quality very good & engraving lovely. Just as pictured onsite and tag looked just as I had hoped. Took a while to get to Oz, so emailed Dogtags.id and they responded within 24hours and offered assistance. Tag turned up next day so all was good. Would recommend.

I live in Western Australia and did not know where the order was manufactured, not that that made any difference. I already had a tag for my dog, Walter and wanted a duplicate as I have two collars for him (one for the park and another for the beach). The lead time was more than i expected but the wait was worthwhile. The tags are well made and durable and the engraving will outlast Walter, unlike the cheaper aluminium tags available from engravers in malls. Packaging and presentation was superb and for me, that makes a difference. Well done and I can highly recommend you to all others (cat & dog owners).

Dog tag is beautiful, gorgeous gold and engraving perfect. Post took quite a while though but worth the wait!

Dogtags looks great and engraving is beautiful - the tag is just really big in size! Delivery was delayed with the post office but customer service was good.

I’m very impressed with the high quality of the dog tag. The engraving is so deep and embossed and can be seen so clearly. I’ve had golden retrievers for over 30 years and this is one of the best dog tags that stands out as one of the best so far. Would definitely buy again. You get what you pay for and these dog tags are such high quality. Will definitely buy again for sure.

These dog tags are absolutely adorable. Great quality and look super cute. Even on the small tags, able to fit name, phone number and address, making the tags functional as well as attractive.

We originally purchased two dog-tags for our new dogs in mid 2023. Ordering was easy and tags arrived promptly. The quality and engraving of the tags was excellent.

Unfortunately we lost one tag and needed to reorder another. Again process was extremely easy and tag arrived exactly as ordered.
