I cannot rave enough about this small company. Absolutely amazing customer service.
Bought some dog itch relief probiotic chews which arrived really quickly.
Unfortunately my very fussy dog would not eat them no matter what I tried.
I messaged Dogsuppy to inform them of my dilemma + received a reply within an hour and a full refund.
I was completely blown away.
Adding to this they said to keep the product + gift to somebody that might have a use for them to help the environment.
What excellent service.

Website was easy to use and the dog chews I bought came quickly and on the day stated. Very pleased with the service I received. Just hope they work now my dog likes them which is a good start

Hopefully will work & help my dog
My dog is always licking/chewing her paws & scratching her ears, It’s early days to comment if these work for my dog, as I only received my order a few days ago.
However, very speedy delivery, my dog was very cautious when she first had one, but now takes them easily.

Unfortunately not suited to my girl 🐶
Bought these for my rescue dog who was having really bad itching and chewing, unfortunately they were not suitable for her so I contacted them to return them, they refunded me and said they didn’t want them returning so I contacted my local rescue kennel and will pass them onto them Thank you DogSuppy my local rescue will be delighted 🙏

Allergy treats
Nice speedy delivery, can’t state if product is successful yet as too early but I’m hopeful it will help with his allergy & stops the scratching, will happily buy more as vets meds are costing a fortune

I gave the probiotics to my dog for 2 months and noticed there was no change in him. I contacted the company and mentioned my concern and the were very efficient by replying straight away and refunding me the full amount.

So far, so good...
Great service and super speedy delivery. Product was well packaged and so far my dog is enjoying them.
Can't say if they're making a difference as he's only been taking them a few days but hopefully they'll start making a difference soon. Although they are expensive,
