Excellent customer service and an amazing product! I purchased a shirt from them and it was better than I even imagined it could be. The design department worked with me to get the design perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

I am BLOWN AWAY with how amazing the customer service has been! A poster was damaged during shipping and a replacement was sent right away. All questions were answered from design to delivery with the final product! The gift was a big hit and cannot wait to order another gift !!

Ordered 3rd December just found out. It going to receive them till after Xmas. Although quality of items usually great, there is no point ordering from them for Xmas delivery.

I had won a gift certificate for this company and decided to give them a try. The order process was quite simple and use of the gift certificate was easy. I had a custom request and it was quickly handled. The product itself came out great, my husband was quite pleased with his present. I would definitely recommend this as a unique gift for that person you don't know what to get them.

I’ve been a frequent customer because my husband gets a kick out of having his boys on canvas and on a shirt. I ordered the vinyls for the automobiles and they literally has disintegrated within 6 months of having them on the car. Although my expectations for anything of quality is low as it’s more a novelty item, but I expect something a little above junk! I was offered 50% off something else. I will not give this company another dime. There are other companies that offer the same type product. Do yourself a favor and order from them! EDIT: I understand that you want to clean this up by saying you are resolving this. The decals began peeling a month after installation. Yes, I reached out after 8 months because they have peeled and curled to the point it has to be removed. I spent almost $150 on 3 decals that should last longer than what I’ve experienced. They have lines going through them and the color has faded. When you go to pull it off, it “crumbles” or as I stated, disintegrates. I was told that there has never been a problem before with them, insinuating that I was exaggerated or “lying”. I was also to that even Amazon would not stand by a product after 8 months. So, Joy was insinuating that I was being unreasonable expecting better quality. So now I’m a liar and ridiculous. It was only after I wrote this review that I received possible solutions. I never heard,”I’m sorry that the product did that” after 4 emails I received from them. A company that stands by their products and cares for their customers would have said, after the apology, “Let us make this up to you. Can we replace the decals for you?” What is the cost of that to you? Is it worth insulting a good customer to save the 5 bucks or whatever to have a problem resolved? Or, is it better to have you “customer service” people insult your customers. I stand by my original review. After your insults, after after you offered to do something when you saw my review, I told Mary that I’d rather warn the public than get a partial refund. Thanks but no thanks…

The first shipment was damaged during shipping. The Doggovinci offered me a new one without a question asked.
Great communication thro out the process. I won't go anywhere else for my future pet costume posters. And I will tell all my friends about Doggovinci!
