Could be good!

If 0 were possible, that would be my score… at this time
Do not use Documentify--they rob you!
I purchased a single document and have been trying to stop recurring $39.99 charges for over 3 months. I even had bank stop it but they decided to go through my “wallet” and $39.99 was taken again after trying to stop!
I got no response from customer service. The link to cancel doesn’t work as it will not send email responses… and the chat ‘bot’ also leads nowhere. A real scam!!! Yes I need such forms time to time, maybe once a year or so, but can’t trust the ‘cancel anytime’ verbiage at all.
Dates charged after attempting to stop; 7/18/2025 & 8/18/2025; tried to again 9:/18/2025 but bank stopped then went around and charged again today 9/23/2025 thru my ‘wallet’!

Terrific Customer Service

I was able to create the document we needed. Ernesto in customer service helped me with a refund to my account connected to canceling my sub. Ernesto was very responsive and handled my request quickly and within an hour. Thank you so much! I will absolutely use documentify when needed in the future.

Customer service is absolutely…

Customer service is absolutely magnificent! They reimbursed me the monthly subscription after explaining to them that I was unaware I was signing up for a subscription. Truly wonderful company to refund me the money after understanding it was an honest mistake. I will definitely come back whenever I am in need of another document!

They will ROB you!

Don't use Documentify--they will rob you!
I purchased a $2 document and have been trying to stop recurring $40 charges for 2 months. I'm about to cancel my credit card. You will get no response from customer service. The link to cancel will not send an email response from the company. Their chat bot also leads nowhere. A real scam!!!

The website was extremely easy to use

The website was extremely easy to use. I was able to quickly get two documents I needed, filled out the required information, and downloaded the completed docs with everything needed for the notary. It took the “scary” out of legal documents.

Fantastic Support & Service

I initially was using their services for one document that I needed to convert for my 81 year old Father In Law. He is applying for Senior Housing, and some of the documents needed to be converted. My interactions with everyone for help, including Ernesto Padilla were incredibly detailed and ensured I understood all that is available with Documentify. I have since used their services multiple times, and truly grateful. Anything to make life easier is a win for me.

Website used by scammers to steal from me

Someone stole my credit card and used it for this website and they continue to charge my card, despite not having my authorization at any time. I contacted my credit card company about the fraudulent charges, and somehow Documentify was able to charge my replacement credit card before I even activated it. I cannot believe how scammy and unsafe this website must be for people legitimately trying to use them.

I signed up just for the trial just to…

I signed up just for the trial just to print a bill of sale.
I forgot to cancel and got charged for a full subscription. I reached out to see if I could get a refund, as I did not use the service and wasn't planning on repeated future use. The service appears handy, if you need that type of thing often. The customer service agent through text was helpful and refunded my account

Persistent communication

Update: Bank representative was able to confirm a refund in process even though it has visually disappeared in the online portal. She also verified that currently there is no additional charge. I am updating this review for the current standing.

July 18
Update. I had to wait for a day for my bank to verify activity. At this point, what has occured so far is, I was charged a membership fee. Asked for a refund because of an ER visit and missed the trial membership. They didnt respond. After submitting a review I was contacted and asked if I would update my review if they gave me a refund. I agreed. Shortly after the fraud dept called and said they tried to charge me again. There was a credit as well. So it appeared i was charged again and then refunded. I explained to the bank what happened, and the wanted to monitor my account. Now I wake up this morning and was notified that they have now removed the credit. I have sent an email to documentify to update them.

Update.. after submitting a 5.star review, i was.contacted by my banks fraud dept. They were trying to charge another $39.99.

Customer service was kind and prompt to address my issue. 5 stars.

I needed a rental contract

I needed a rental contract. The one designed for my request was perfect for my needs. It saved me a lot of writing! I was charged $39.99 after the trial but that’s what they said would happen. I’ll have to use the service more to create more documents.

Sneaky hidden subscription service.

I have the same situation as everyone else, thought I was printing one page for $1.99 and got charged $39.99 later. Like anyone would actually need to subscribe. Very deceptive company. I don't know where it said anything about a subscription, but I guess it was hidden somewhere.

I printed one legal form for $1.99. One week later, I was charged $39.99. This was clearly fraudulent. I would not recommend anyone else use this company.

I used the service one time and paid…

I used the service one time and paid the $1.99. I then was charged $39.99 per month for three months. I immediately asked for a refund for all those months. Too many companies hope you won't notice the ongoing charges. I hope this company will do the right thing.
