I was able to meet with a physician within 20 minutes. Video service was easy use. Physician was professional and friendly. There was a hiccup with the pharmacy, but I messaged the provider and it was solved in minutes. I highly recommend the service.

I was hesitant to try this service but found myself unwell in a remote mountain village. I was able to get a prescription and filled it easily the next day.

It was such a relief to find Doctorsa via a Google search and an English speaking Dr available the same morning to talk to me online while I was in Germany. Dr Veronel was great. AMAZING!!! I was in a really sticky situation late at night in Spain and needed a doctor asap. My friend suggested this and I thought it surely couldn’t be this easy? But after looking at the reviews of local doctors in the area this seemed like the best choice. I had an appointment in 10 mins and was at the 24 hour pharmacy getting medication another 20 minutes later. Woke up the next day feeling brand new again! This is such a phenomenal service.

My call was with the doctor was quick and efficient. Apart from going straight to the point and being professional, he was also warm and friendly and made me feel at ease (it was my first time trying a service like that!).

I was a bit sceptical at first but as a more mature adult I can not but highly recommend this portal to online medical professionals. I made the appointment for following day and the doctor messaged me confirming but said would I like to have the consultation this evening so was ahead of time at the pharmacy at opening time. Only criticism was putting in date of birth - you have to scroll back month by month by year - took a while to get back to my year of birth.
Otherwise process was fairly simple. Prescription was emailed to me & then I emailed it to the pharmacy I went into.

When you’re traveling thousands of miles away from home and you get sick, you feel like you’re helpless. This is so easy to schedule an appointment with a live Doctor Who spoke my language and was calm, courteous, and professional. He was able to prescribe the medications I need and I was able to fill it in a local pharmacy. 100% thrilled with the entire experience.
