Scammer company.
Registered and delivered my phone to their Arnhem office for trade in. Never replied to my emails, phone calls and messages! 1 month later I'm still trying to figure out how to get back my phone from them...
It goes well until it doesn't... My broken screen "repaired" by DoctorPhone broke again three days later. I had good hopes that it would be fixed again, as original parts allegedly come with a lifetime guarantee. When I asked the staff I got a shockingly unfriendly reaction, which caused me to have it fixed around the corner. Luckily DoctorPhone has customer support... I thought. They confirmed that the screen was installed too tight, causing it to break again, but refused to refund me the costs. They offered instead to "repair" it again, which did not help. So, a very unfortunate story. I would advise strongly against against going there, plus around the corner (Van Woustraat 86) it's much cheaper.
