Don't deserve 1 Star Rating.....

I have to give a Star rating otherwise I am giving them zero.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Reading all the reviews to date match my own - purchased what I thought was genuine products in January, when I followed up on the status of my order I had emailed the genuine Dr Melaxin who advised me DrMelaxinco.com is fake and selling fake items - I then contacted DrMelaxinco.com who have spent the last 4 weeks telling me their items are genuine and no records of fake goods and that my "returns request is being processed" - this company is a joke and I have reported them to Crime Stoppers, Trading Standards and Citizens Advice

Do not buy from this site

Do not buy from this site. They are selling fake products and not providing returns info. My enquiry is dragged out for months now without any results. I just want to send these items back they claim are "original" but refusing to provide me with returns instructions. Absolutely useless and avoid them at all cost. The charge will appear on your invoice as from Botanix. They are not the official seller of Dr Melaxin products. DM21068
