Would give zero stars if I could.
Booked for an end of tenancy clean, person arrived 1.5 hours late and did a terrible job, wouldn’t even consider it a basic clean. He didn’t do basic dusting and cleaning of mirrors or shower doors. Eventually asked him to leave and did it myself. Owner refused full refund after evidence was provided, even though this is company policy.
