Succesfull Experience as learner and vendor
Great experience with Docsity from both sides. As a learner, I've always found what I was looking for with affordable prices; from the vendor's side, something should be better managed, such as the sales policy. I cannot understand why the platform itself decides whether my documents should be on sale or not. Isn't it better to ask the publisher if it agrees with the decision?

Payments not fair. Practice test wasn't useful.
I don't like the way you have to sign up for their monthly fee. Then, on top of that, you have to pay for the test as an extra fee. And on top of that, you have to pay for their internal currency, and you can't just pay directly for the test. That's ridiculous!
Also, I took the Texas P&C test, and I passed, but only about 10% of the questions were things I studied on the practice test from Docsity.

Pretty unreliable service here. I purchased what I thought was labelled 2025 exam past paper and was super disappointed that this was from the previous year, which is free from the exam board. Docsity refused to refund me. I would avoid this website, mainly because people can call their documents what they want and it is impossible to check the veracity of their descriptions.

Misleading and exploitative pricing model.
Docsity’s pricing model is extremely unclear. Even after paying for Premium and buying Power credits, I was repeatedly blocked from downloading documents. Points are displayed prominently but often don’t actually unlock anything.
The system feels designed to push repeated payments rather than provide genuine access. I regret subscribing and would not recommend it.
