We're very sorry to hear about your experience.
Unfortunately, your original item was marked as delivered by Royal Mail but did not arrive. While this situation was outside of our control, we completely understand your frustration and have already issued a replacement to ensure you're not left out of pocket.
We always aim to provide a reliable service and are disappointed when delivery partners let our customers down. Please rest assured that we take these matters seriously and have raised this with Royal Mail.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the negative experience you had. Unfortunately, the delay you encountered was due to circumstances beyond our control, as a third-party supplier was out of stock at the time. We informed you as soon as we became aware of this, and replenishing the stock took longer than expected.
Additionally, we understand that the postage to Ireland may have contributed to the extended timeframe, and we're sorry for any frustration this caused. Please know that this is not reflective of our usual level of service, and we deeply regret the inconvenience and are reviewing how we ship items to other countries.
