Its easy to make a mistake
Its easy to make a mistake, ordering online which I did twice, so expecting a return and then an exchange to become a problem i followed dobell's instructions, I could not believe how efficient they were. They were fast at replacing the jacket I had ordered and in making a refund the first one. Amazing product and service....very happy customer

Jacket was brilliant
Jacket was brilliant, price excellent, fit perfectly only downside was delivery, selected next day delivery, and paid a little more, understand next day for weekend orders is Tuesday, but didn't receive it because of an error until later in the week, so should have been refunded for the delivery portion. Just received a refund for the delivery, so very pleased with the whole thing and updated to 5 stars. Things can and do go wrong in life and its how they are dealt with that makes the difference between a good company and a great company and customer service here is great - thank you.
