I ordered a phone from Amazon who uses this company. It was an iPhone 16e. It said it was for Tracfone but was locked to Straight Talk. IMEI tied to another account and could not be transferred. Tracfone said it was a stolen phone! Returned it but this caused me almost $100 in return shipping and a lot of aggravation!
Don’t buy from them!
They sold us a phone for TMobile which could not be activated due to unpaid account balance. We returned the phone after they authorized and are saying they didn't receive the phone therefore disputing. Such thieves. Selling what is probably a stolen phone through Amazon. We have reported to Amazon while reporting to our Credit Card Company and the authorities.
