Great service
The quality of bait supplied is very good, also the best customer service by a mile. I placed a bulk 20kg order Monday morning, was delivered Tuesday lunchtime but I had made an error on my order. I phoned them and they arranged to send out what I missed off my order straight away. It was totally my fault but they went above and beyond to get my goods to me which arrived on the Wednesday. Great service thanks.

They didn't not deliver £400 approx of bait
Ordered a week in advance for a 5 day session. I rang up and was promised it would be dispatched and we would have it on time. Nearly £400 worth of bait (60kg) now not delivered and leaving a fishing trip in stress a couple of days before. Still not refunded as apparently this can only be done in a working week.
Dissapointed is not the word. No shudder of empathy from the company. Not a first order either. Terrible service this time around and for that reason I'm not coming back.
Communication is key. Lying is another story. Don't make promises you can't deliver and if you cannot deliver. Give good notice.

The wraysberry pop ups have smashed my water to bits this year.
I Used the bug as a feed which they seem to also enjoy.
Accompanied with any good amino and natural food source these are a very reasonable priced bait to keep the carp busy.
I like the soft texture of the bait and makes my soaking process very quick.
All bait in the UK has had to change as of late and dna have managed to find a happy medium in both quality and price.

Perfect bait...
I was able to catch 2 fifties and several fourties this season on DNA baits. However it get's difficult for me to buy more, since i am located in Germany.
The distribution center in Frankenthal is empty... Please restock !

I have used DNA for a number of years now, using S7 and The Bug amongst many of the other products such as liquids, hookbaits and pellets. The service is great as is the bait! I would highly recommend DNA to anyone but promise not to buy the 8mm boilies as they are my proper edge! 🤣

Hi there Daniel. I'm sorry you seem to have had a bad experience using DNA. We are very transparent that the Bug in particular changes colour through the season due to both the substrate the Black Soldier Fly larvae are fed and the stages at which they are harvested. This is something we can't change unfortunately and certainly doesn't affect the effectiveness of the bait. There is 1000's of happy customers that back this up. Good luck with your fishing in the future and if you would like to give us a try again in the future we would love to have you back as a customer.

Sorry you wasn't happy with your delivery, but as per phone call to yourself on the photo you provided we did show you that everything was as it should be in the concept evolution kit. The silica gel was in the pot of bait as it should be.
