DMP gave us excellent advice on…
DMP gave us excellent advice on planning major renovations at our property including alterations to the exterior of the main house, a garage conversion, a barn conversion and the installation of ground-mounted solar panels in our field. All of which was 100% approved within the timeframe required.

PRE-PURCHASE HOUSE SURVEY
This was the second time we have used DMP. We asked them to carry out a pre-purchase survey of a house. We received a very thorough survey which was easy to understand and which was illustrated with plenty of photos and drone footage of the roof. The surveyor gave us a summary within a couple of days so we knew immediately what the biggest issues were. They were happy to answer any questions we had. I'd have no hesitation in using them again and would always recommend them to others.

Listed Building Approval for Repointing
Initial contact and understanding of my needs was professional, polite and confident.
Having explained my Listed Building concern regarding repointing my external wall of my Barn I was advised to make a formal submission. I provided some dimensions, photos and description of what I needed and these were converted into site plan, elevations, specification and a submission made.
Shortly after a notice was erected and in the fullness of time permission was granted.
I couldn't have wished for a better outcome. Brilliant service

Professional, friendly company. The survey was very good, and gave invaluable information about the property. The RICS survey was detailed. The drone footage was most helpful. There was a slight delay in the report being available, but the team worked late one evening to complete it 👍

A successful Retrospective Planning Application
I dealt with James and John. They helped with a tricky retrospective planning application. They made a fine presentation and engaged with the Planning Officers to gain the necessary consent.

Professional, Efficient and Super Friendly!
My previous surveyor disappeared suddenly and I was in a rush to get a planning application. I contacted DMP on Monday, and the application was submitted on Wednesday!
