Ordered some groceries from Dmart. Was delivered the same day, however out of 27 items, only 22 were delivered. The crates were already opened before, usually these are opened in front of customer, so i suspect foul play by delivery guy.
Have raised a complaint with customer care, they have said that the amount will be refunded for the short items. Hope they keep their promise.
Delivery guys need to be better, the ones came did not look like grocery deliver guys, as they were in shabby clothing.

I’ve always been hesitant about ordering products online. I had heard about the Dmart Ready App where you can order online and get the items delivered at your door step or at a nearby Dmart ready store. During this Lockdown I found it hard to get a slot at Dmart to go and shop for my things physically. I downloaded the app and started adding things to my cart. Many items which weren’t easily available at my local dmart could be purchased on the app. I have no idea of the delivery charges earlier but during the lockdown the minimum charge is ₹79. Also due to Covid restrictions they wont deliver at your doorstep. They’ll come to your society lobby or near the gate and you will have to get your bags and collect your items. The delivery guys follow all the covid protocols and wear a mask at all times. 2 items that i had ordered were missing as the delivery guys were counting and putting each time in my bag. I mailed Dmart customer service and within 3 days I received my products without any extra delivery charge. I’ve realized that it’s completely safe to order products online from Dmart.
