I have been a customer of DM Toys since February 2026 and have purchased hundreds of items from the company via eBay—spending over 8,000 euros—but my experience with the person who answers emails on eBay has been very unpleasant; they are arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. For this reason, I am rating them one star (since I cannot give zero stars) and expect a satisfactory response from Mr. Daniel Mrugalski.
This is the place to shop everything N scale railroad models. This selection is awesome and the shipping is fast and they ship everywhere. Price wise also very good . My absolute favourite N scale model shop.
DM Toys has failed to deliver and order that was paid for in advance. They simply refuse to take action to find and execute the order. It is now three weeks. The parcel has not moved in 17 days , the courier company asks DM for information every day but no action is taken.
The company has not got or refuses access to a complaints procedure or any form of redress.
My advice is to avoid this company as when deliveries go wrong they simply do not care.
