Everything is good. The staff is knowledgeable when I call the prices are good. The availability is good. The only thing I guess that would be a detractor would be the fact that I paid for two day shipping and it took three days because it didn’t ship out from your warehouse until late

DLT sheparded my item to me without any problems.

I ordered a para 3 and requested an engraving. The engraving was the name of a pet hamster of mine. She was an absolutely incredible little angel.

While it may not have been deliberate, the fact is that DLT sent me a perfect specimen of a para 3. Literally the most well-constructed of any I've ever handled, with flawless action etc.

It seems rather fitting that the one time I have some level of sentimental value attached to a knife - no matter how inconsequential it may seem - DLT happens to deliver a flawless product.

That said, in all my time dealing with this company I don't recall ever having a negative experience in any capacity.

DLT always has great customer service. I have bought numerous knives from them and always have a great experience. I just bought their new storage case which is outstanding and compact!

Everything works fine when you CAN get the knives you want.

The cool knives drops are instant bought by scalpers using bots.

I tried talking with the customer service about this but they refused to address the issue.

I won’t buy again from a reseller that favours scalpers instead of regular collectors just trying to buy a knife for themselves at retail price.

I’m done, I’ll instead buy from eknives.com that keeps things fairer.
