I have had a few treatments with Amy at Derma laser clinic and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Im an anxious person but that doesn't matter because Amy is a natural when it comes to delivering great service when applying treatments!

I was a long-term customer, but the service over the past four months has been extremely poor. Numerous calls and messages have gone unanswered, and I was charged extra on my last treatment with no refund or explanation.
After years of loyalty, this lack of communication and professionalism is very disappointing. It feels like they no longer value my business. Would not recommend based on my recent experience.

Had the most amazing massage with a Heather! She honestly has magic hands. Cannot wait to book again. My only regret was not booking in for an hour. Would 100% recommend

For nearly three years, I've visited Amy for the removal of multiple tattoos, and I must say her service is top-notch. Amy consistently updates her laser technology, ensuring outstanding results. I travel all the way from Rugby just for her treatments. She is wonderful—friendly, straightforward, and professional, with a fantastic sense of humor. I will forever endorse Amy and her exceptional work.

I came across Amy's website and liked what I saw enough to book in for a test patch and consultation for tattoo removal. The place was spotless, the appointment ran on time and Amy was professional, really knew her stuff and you can tell she is passionate about what she does, and gets great results! I felt very at ease and am excited for my first lasering in January. I feel confident I've found the best possible place to get my old tattoos removed, and can't wait to see the results!

Lazer removal is the best by far. A beautiful, almost spa feeling place, with the most welcoming ladies. A definite 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amy is a great person make you feel welcome. I’m having 3 tattoos lasered here and so far so good. Good aftercare too highly recommend this clinic.

I had hated my old micro blading for a long time and had been looking into laser removal, i came across DLS clinic online when researching and so glad i did , from the moment i met Amy she put me at ease , explained everything in detail nothing was to much trouble , I’ve had one session so far and am so happy with the results , if I do need another session it will definitely be Amy I go too .

Amy is extremely knowledgeable and explains the process of tattoo removal. I had already had quite a few laser sessions before moving over to Amy. She ‘cleaned’ up the tattoo but explained as I had blue and turquoise colours they are stubborn to remove. I’ve had one session with her new machine and I’m over the moon with the results. It’s still early days and it’s still slightly red but I can already see a massive difference with the blue colour, it’s almost gone! I would recommend anybody that is thinking about tattoo removal to book a patch test and consultation with Amy.

Would recommend anyone looking at tattoo removal to see Amy. She has always provided the best customer service, really friendly, calming and provides a supportive plan to remove the tattoo.

I have been coming to see Amy for tattoo removal for around three years on numerous tattoos. Amy and her equipment (lasers) are always the best around, always upgrading and the results are amazing. So good that I drive over from Rugby to receive my treatment. Amy is lovely, open, honest & professional with a cracking sense of humour.
I shall always recommend Amy and her work.

I’ve been on a journey of tattoo removal at DLS Clinic in Anstey for the past two years, and it has been a positive experience from the start. During my initial consultation, Amy made me feel heard and supported, and explained the commitment involved in removing a full leg sleeve (no small task). After getting a second opinion on possible covering from a tattoo artist and carefully considering my options, we decided to proceed. I was amazed by how the aftercare was so easy, and how the opacity reduced after working on the first area for about a year with the Pico Laser.

We then progressed to treating another area, where we did a couple of sessions before Amy upgraded to the Picosure Pro. I am excited that I was the first client to experience this incredible machine. The upgrade paired with the aftercare guidance has made a noticeable difference, with results visible after only a few days!

I have also had other treatments at the the clinic, and I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone considering using their services. Amy has fostered a open and warm environment where I have felt heard and cared for, keeping me optimistic. My advice to anyone contemplating tattoo removal would be to go for it. It may take time and patience, but with a great clinic like DLS and the right motivation, the end result will be worth it.

I cannot recommend DLS clinic enough, I’ve had two eyebrow laser removal treatments with Amy and not only is she extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease she’s also honest with what she thinks I might get with my results plus which I might add are AMAZING…. I would highly recommend DLS Clinic and would return should I need any further treatments in the future! X

First time getting a little botox and i couldn't have been put more at ease by Amy, talked through every detail of the procedure including the pros and cons which is always a good sign to me, after treatment Amy booked me a 2 week follow up appointment to see how it was going and any tweeks that was needed. I'm very happy with the service and results and i will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommended
