My boiler packed up over the Easter bank holiday. Dylan was here within an hour and diagnosed the problem. He explained everything to me in detail, he gave me a price to repair it and a price to replace it so I could make a decision. As my boiler was getting old I opted to replace it. Dylan came back the following morning and installed a new boiler!
