A satisfied customer
The personnel have always been very helpful, polite, friendly and proficient.
The hearing aids have been a great help to me, and the latest models
are amazing.
Unfortunately there are times, when there are several people around, that it is difficult to hear the people I am trying to converse with despite the improved narrow focus. Restaurants are the worst. Perhaps my hearing aids need further adjustment and I know that I also need more time to get used to them.
The aids are expensive but on balance, well worth it
