I have bought tempur pillow

I have bought tempur pillow
The pillow has lost virtually all of its support and firmness within a month!
to the point where it feels as if I have nothing under my head when sleeping. This rapid deterioration is particularly disappointing as your product description specifically highlighted that the pillow is “filled with original TEMPUR® micro-pillows” that would “adapt precisely to your head, neck and shoulders for optimal comfort and support.”

It is not sure to us which pillow you have or if you bought it in Denmark.

Our pillows need maintenance regularly if you want the foam to stay fluffy. But loss of support within a month sounds like something isn't right. We would advice you to contact the shop or retailer where you bought the pillow and make a claim.

Excelent Service & Matress

Excelent service! We chose the TEMPUR®️ Topper PRO Plus Smartcool er en 200 x 180 x 8 cm Medium density. It is excellent as well. We couldn't be happier! Many thanks to all involved!
